They both turned.
Silence.
Their eyes locked onto Thabiso.
"Who the hell is this?" one snapped.
Thabiso's heart jumped into his throat.
"I—I was told to—"
"Drop the bag," the other one said slowly.
Something wasn't right.
This wasn't planned.
This wasn't safe.
Thabiso stepped back.
Then—
FOOTSTEPS BEHIND HIM.
He turned.
Another man blocking the exit.
"Nowhere to go, boy."
