However, the aggressive group of Marines hadn't gone far when they reached the main entrance of the research institute and were blocked by a figure ahead.

He casually carried his long nodachi, 'kikoku', on his shoulder, watching the uninvited guests with cold eyes.
Smoker stopped in his tracks and exhaled a thick cloud of smoke.
He tightened his grip on his Jitte and sternly questioned Law why he, as a member of the Shichibukai, was appearing without permission on this poisonous gas island that had long been cordoned off by the World Government.
