Zuri Brown, 33, has been a teacher for 12 year at a middle school for troubled teens. And she is proud to admit that every student she has had, are able to turn their life around by becoming doctor's, lawyer's, or even other teachers. She loves her job and whould like to be no where else. Now that she thinks about, that statement before was a lie, there was one student she has failed. Elijah Russo was one of her students seven years ago, 18 years old, and after nearly killing a boy, he was expelled and never seen again. Russo was all ways my biggest regret, he was smart and kind, and he would have had a bright future if it were not for that incident. I don't expect to see him or that years class ever again, after the fiasco, so it comes as a surprise when in my emails, I find a email about an early reunion surprise party happening weeks later at a dinner.
