Let it be known that Bakugo and Shoto were probably the worst two in class 1-A to get an interview first. I stand by that.
Sometimes I forgot that I was living in an anime world with a preset timeline and a slew of major and minor characters. Bakugo and Shoto defeating a well-known villain within thirty minutes of getting their Provisional License reminded me where I was.
Now, did I care that they'd defeated the villain? Not at all; I was glad the two were able to work together since it showed how much they've grown. Did their atrocious interview flush all of that progress down the toilet and stomp on it? Yes.
So that's why we found ourselves outside with fake paparazzi, as Mt. Lady and Midnight walked us through the dos and don'ts of media interviews. Thankfully, I was spared since I'd already been exposed to this and hadn't crashed as Bakugo did.
That unfortunately meant I was busy teaching Alarielle self-control. Or at least helping her resist the whispers of Khaine better than she had before.
Turns out she'd had no choice the other day. Khaine had been spying on me through the sword and was itching for a fight. So much in fact that he threatened to take over her body at lunch if she didn't transform and fight me right then and there.
It seems our fight did drain a lot of the sword's energy, since Khaine had simply resorted to loud grumbling rather than the full bloody howls he usually did. Progress!
"I still don't understand how you can just chill with that thing on you." I sighed as we took a break and watched Eren stumble over answers as Midnight flirted with him.
"It just became manageable." Alarielle shrugged, eliciting a snort from me. "I don't think I can call your display from the other day 'manageable' at all. Especially not how Khaine was able to use your voice to talk to me."
She grinned sheepishly as the sword seemed to vibrate in displeasure. "I know I messed up. Khaine's never reacted that way before, not even around my father. I just didn't expect him to be so adamant about it, I suppose."
"That's no excuse for how things escalated. Having Khaine as a powerful trump card is great and all, but he's worth less if he puts the lives of friends and allies at risk every time he's drawn."
I could have given Doma, Ridley, and Lil' Nurgle as an example, but no one but me knew I had them. Except Nurgle, but I think people were more focused on me killing AFO, so maybe he slipped under the radar.
Besides, even if they did know about Nurgle, what are they going to do? Poison won't work because I have Nurgle. Sending kill teams won't work because I'm scary strong on my own. Snipers won't work because I've got Reactive Activation ready and waiting.
Not to mention the insanely powerful body I have because of the Viltrumite trait. It's gotten to the point that Restraint Levels is a permanent slot in my abilities, since I'm constantly using it.
The only times I can sorta let loose are when I'm fighting Ridley inside the dojo area. Even then, we don't go all out to not tear the place apart, but it still comes down to the wire. So, I've got my body strength and durability around the level Mark would be after Nolan left Earth the first time.
I still crushed things if I wasn't careful enough, but now I didn't have to worry about sneezing and killing everyone in the room. Sasha was also able to bruise my skin. I don't know how exactly, but she seemed to enjoy it, and I got to be around my awesome girlfriend, so who am I to complain?
"Anyway, let's get back to it. I'd rather you have Khaine under control, or at least strong enough to be able to hold him back until I get close enough to deal with him." I sit back up as Alarielle does the same, and we resume our meditation.

I grinned as a fresh wave of vitality swept through me. This layered on top of my already crazy buff Viltrumite body was overkill. This was just going to get even more fun the more tickets I got!
I smiled to myself as Sasha plopped down next to me on the couch. After a long day of classes and interviews, Mina had convinced everyone to watch a movie together, so now we waited for everyone to finish changing.
Since I hadn't done much today, I only put on new clothes. Sasha, however, took a shower before slipping into her pajamas. I was half tempted to make the popcorn now, but between me and Sasha, there might not be any left for the others.
Mikasa ended up being the next one done, followed by Momo and Shoto. "I think we can start getting the snacks ready," I said to Shoto, and he helped me get everything ready. We set up a good spread of snacks and drinks while Sasha and Momo made popcorn.
As everyone else filtered into the common area, the debate started about what movie to watch. Izuku, of course, wanted to watch a hero movie about All Might, and both Ida and Momo wanted to watch a documentary.
Both ideas were shot down swiftly.
Since Mina's idea of a good time was a musical, and Tokoyami wanted to watch a horror movie, I presented a decent middle ground. Good music, plenty of action, and a story everyone will hopefully enjoy.
"Let's watch Jurassic Park," I spoke up. Everyone looked at me in confusion as a horrible feeling hit me.
"What's that?" Kaminari asked, and I nearly cried. Without a word, I took the remote and felt despair creep into my soul as I searched and found nothing. I ended up shooting Nezu a text, and five minutes later he'd sent me the entire series of movies.
I thanked Nezu, and god as I put on the first Jurassic Park. I also got a final good thing right as the raptor was shot.

A/N-RIP Sam Neil, the goat of my childhood. I loved all the Jurassic movies, even the strange Rebirth one. I love dinosaurs so much think they're awesome. Chapters might be a little slow this week bc studying, and I'm also writing another fic on AO3, Custodian in Fallout. Might upload it here at some point; we'll see.
