Listening to Uchiha Akira's words, Kurenai Yūhi's body trembled slightly. It wasn't a punishment. It wasn't selfishness.

Kurenai Yūhi let out a choked, muffled groan of agony. Her body convulsed violently as the alien, dense power flooded her core.
An unimaginable, burning sensation and intense, profound pain raged wildly within her body! It felt like being simultaneously torn apart and compressed.
"Hold onto your mind, Yuhi. Do not let the malice touch your consciousness."
Uchiha Akira's voice echoed, soothing and commanding, in Kurenai Yūhi's ear.
At the same time, his other hand pressed gently onto Kurenai Yūhi's abdomen, right over the forming seal. He released his Rinnegan's pupil power without reservation, helping her.
His chakra flowed into hers, acting as a shield, a guide, and a stabilizing force. He personally sorted, guided, and ruthlessly suppressed the turbulent, malevolent Tailed Beast Chakra within her body.
The violent Three-Tails Chakra was gradually calmed, bound, and finally, perfectly fused with Kurenai Yūhi's own chakra network. The seal was completed, absolute and flawless.
The Partner.
After a long while, Uchiha Akira released his hands.
Kurenai Yūhi slowly, painstakingly opened her eyes. The pain was still immense, but it was receding.
She could clearly feel an immense, churning power—the source of the Tailed Beast Chakra—now contained and resting within her body.

The next second, her consciousness arrived in a vast, boundless, dark underwater world. The sea floor of her own mind.
In front of Kurenai Yūhi, a massive, gray-blue giant turtle, possessing three spike-covered tails, was lying completely still and remarkably obedient at the bottom of the water.
Isobu. The Three-Tails.
Seeing the consciousness forms of Kurenai Yūhi and Uchiha Akira appear simultaneously in its mental space, Isobu was perfectly, chillingly quiet.

Isobu heard this and, with a silent mental groan, dared not refute.
"Isobu." Akira's gaze fell on the massive beast.
"I know you Tailed Beasts yearn for freedom. You were created to wander."
Uchiha Akira's voice was strangely compassionate. "Being constantly confined within a Jinchūriki is indeed very boring, Isobu. A waste of your being."
Isobu's golden eyes, wide and hopeful, instantly lit up within the dark water. Could it be...?
"I can give you an opportunity to be active in the outside world," Uchiha Akira continued.
"You may separate a small portion of your chakra, and condense it into a small, temporary clone to move around in the real world."
"However, the main body of your consciousness must remain within Kurenai Yūhi."
