Chapter 14 - Chapter 8.1: Ultra Beasts [P1]

My parents sat across from me, their expressions unreadable.

They didn't speak at first. Only brief glances passed between them before their eyes returned to me again.

They told me the world had once been far larger than Regalia. Over the past two to three hundred years, countless regions had gradually fallen away until only Regalia remained.

And it hadn't been natural.

They said the changes had been driven by something normal people were never meant to know about. Those things were kept deliberately hidden from the public to preserve the illusion of safety.

The hidden things were called Ultra Beasts… creatures that did not belong to this world at all.

They appeared through Ultra Wormholes, unstable rifts that could tear open anywhere… from the depths of the ocean to the far reaches of the sky, or even the most remote corners of the land.

And when one opened, something came out, and destruction followed.

These beings didn't act like normal Pokémon. They were dangerous, unpredictable, and uncontrollable. If they weren't stopped quickly, the damage would spread without limit, affecting Pokémon, the environment, and even entire regions.

As their words sank in, my pulse quickened and my cock gave a thick twitch beneath the table.

The idea of creatures from another world… should have scared me.

But instead it sent a hot spark racing through my veins. My blood ran faster. I couldn't stop the dark thoughts from flooding my mind.

I pictured those powerful, exotic Ultra Beasts pinned beneath me with my impossible strength. Their strange, otherworldly bodies trembled as I buried every thick inch of my cock inside them.

I imagined their unique moans echoing sharp and needy while their tight, elastic walls clenched and rippled around me, milking me with every desperate thrust…

The thought of claiming them like that sent a rush of heat straight to my groin.

But I quickly forced the images down, because my parents were still sitting across from me, watching.

I took a deep breath, steadying myself. "I'm still going to become a Pokémon Trainer."

My parents' faces twisted with anger.

They scolded me, their voices rising with frustration as they insisted I reconsider and tried to convince me. I stopped listening midway.

Instead my mind drifted back to everything they had just told me. The scattered pieces I had never noticed before finally began to fit together.

Cities with familiar names from Kanto, Johto, and Kalos existed here, scattered across Regalia. But the regions themselves didn't.

That didn't make sense.

It had always felt slightly off to me…

Yet I had brushed it away, thinking it was just a minor difference, something harmless, nothing worth questioning.

But now the truth hit me hard. It felt like I should have noticed it sooner… yet somehow it only made sense now.

Everything I had seen, everything I had heard, every small detail I had ignored… it was all connecting.

Why was there only one region?

Why was the entire land simply called Regalia?

And why did a massive Regigigas statue stand proudly at the League Stadium, instead of the eternal flame of Moltres I remembered from the anime?

Was it just coincidence… or had the name of the region and that statue been connected all along?

The more I thought about it, the more the pieces fit together. It seemed likely that many regions had been merged, and perhaps Regigigas had done it.

That might explain why this region was called Regalia.

As the legends from my previous world said, Regigigas could move entire continents.

If that was true, then maybe it had done exactly that here, reshaping the land and merging the regions.

The world I saw now was the result of that, with only cities from the different regions remaining. They stood like islands of memory in a vast sea of what the world once was… forgotten regions swallowed by time.

Though some things had remained the same. Trainers still needed to collect eight badges, and Pokémon Centers still remained free, just like in the anime.

But other differences were impossible to ignore. Why were there eight Elite members instead of four?

Why were there two Champions instead of one? And why was only one ever seen at a time?

Why were there only sixty-four Gyms in total? No more were allowed, and any new one simply replaced an old one.

And why was it that even after winning the League, no one could immediately challenge the Elite Eight or the Champion?

They had to wait years instead. No one clearly explained the reasons.

But when those winners finally returned to challenge, they always looked completely different. It was as if they had gone through something far more brutal than any normal League match.

Were the Ultra Beasts really that dangerous…?
