Sienna shook her head. "I was just thinking..."
He waited patiently.
"...that if I'd known we were going to your island tonight, I wouldn't have worn heels."
Zachary looked down briefly before chuckling. "I was wondering why your face suddenly turned so serious."
"I was imagining myself trying to walk around an island in stilettos."
"No worry, my wife, I would've carried you."
His answer came so naturally that she stared at him for a second.
Sienna shook her head. "Mr. Sterling, you say that so confidently."
"Because I mean it," he said casually. Then he smiled without taking his eyes off the road. "My wife will not be walking around the island in high heels."
Their laughter filled the quiet car, making the drive feel even shorter.
Before long, they reached the harbor.
The sports car gradually slowed before coming to a stop beside a magnificent luxury yacht, the kind Sienna had only ever seen in movies, magazines, or on the evening news.
