Without hesitation, Zachary leaned slightly and gently lifted her into his arms.
The driver beside his car reacted instantly. Before Zachary uttered a word, the rear door was already open.
He carefully lowered Sienna onto the back seat before sliding in beside her.
"Hospital." He ordered.
"Yes, sir..."
The car pulled away immediately.
Zachary gently adjusted Sienna's position, carefully placing her head onto his lap. One hand supported her shoulder while the other moved to brush several loose strands of hair away from her damp forehead.
He could see that her face looked too pale.
And he hated it.
He lightly touched her forehead again, and it felt hot. His jaw tightened when he saw her eyebrow knit as if he were in pain.
"Hang in there..." he murmured under his breath.
Zachary watched her for another moment, making sure she was breathing evenly, then reached into his pocket and pulled out his phone.
He pressed a familiar contact.
