As Vajra walked toward the exit with the heavy sword in his hands,
something in the corner of the room caught his attention.
There, resting quietly on a soft black pillow, was a large black egg.
Vajra stopped.
Curiosity appeared on his face.
He slowly walked toward it and crouched down.
The egg was unusually large and completely black, with a faint glossy
surface that reflected the light in the room.
"What kind of beast egg is this…?" Vajra murmured.
He carefully picked it up and examined it for a moment.
The egg felt strangely heavy and warm in his hands.
Curious about what kind of creature might hatch from it, Vajra placed
the large black egg inside his storage ring.
After that, he continued walking out of the collection room, the black
sword still in his hand.
When he stepped outside, Shuwon was waiting for him.
But the moment Shuwon saw the sword Vajra was carrying, his
expression suddenly changed.
Shock filled his eyes.
"S-son… do you really want that sword?" Shuwon asked with an uneasy
voice.
Seeing his father's strange reaction, Vajra frowned slightly.
Without saying anything, he reached into his storage ring and took out
the large black egg.
The moment Shuwon saw it, his face turned pale.He immediately took a step back.
"S-son… don't tell me you want that too…" Shuwon said, fear clearly
visible in his expression.
Vajra looked at him with curiosity.
"Yes, Father," he replied calmly.
"I want to know the history of this sword… and why this egg can make a
strong warrior like you afraid."
Shuwon took a deep breath before he began speaking.
"Many years ago," he said slowly, "our clan lived near a dark mountain.
Life there was peaceful… until one day, something inside the mountain
woke up."
Vajra listened carefully.
"At night, strange sounds began echoing from the caves," Shuwon
continued. "Deep… rumbling sounds. The ground would shake, and
sometimes the sky would glow red."
Vajra frowned slightly.
"Was it a monster?" he asked.
Shuwon nodded slowly.
"A black dragon."
Vajra's breath caught in his throat.
"But this was no ordinary dragon," Shuwon continued. "Its scales were
black like burned coal, and its eyes glowed like fire in the darkness.
Whenever it flew across the sky, the wind screamed behind its wings."
Vajra felt a chill run down his spine.
"It hunted at night."His voice became softer, as if remembering something long buried in the
past.
"One night, a hunter decided to follow the dragon into the mountain
caves. He carried a sword with him."
Shuwon paused for a moment.
"The deeper he walked into the cave, the hotter the air became."
"Soon the walls of the cave began glowing red… like burning metal."
Vajra listening carefully.
"And then?" he asked.
Shuwon's eyes darkened.
"Then he saw something strange."
"What?" Vajra asked nervously.
Shuwon looked at him seriously.
"Hundreds of black eggs… resting on pillows of ash."
Vajra's eyes widened.
"But the dragon was not hunting villagers," Shuwon continued.
He paused for a moment.
"It was guarding its eggs."
Vajra swallowed hard.
"Did the hunter escape?"
"Yes," Shuwon replied softly.
"But before he left… he took one of the eggs."
Vajra's eyes widened in shock.
