Vivaan's POV
We didn't park near the factory.
That would be stupid.
I stopped the car far enough that even the engine sound wouldn't reach inside.
Nikansh did the same. Doors shut. Silence followed. We walked the rest of the way without speaking.
The factory stood there—dead, quiet, waiting.
Just like a trap should.
We stopped near the gate.
Waiting.
For the others.
Aadhya
That name alone made something twist inside my chest.
I clenched my jaw and looked away.
Focus.
This isn't about her.
It shouldn't be.
Beside me, Nikansh shifted. I could feel it—he's been holding something in.
"What happened between you two… in the horror house?"
My body went still for a second.
Images flashed without permission.
Her fingers gripping my arm.
Her voice shaking—"please don't leave me."
The way she held onto me like I was the only thing keeping her together.
My chest tightened.
I didn't answer.
Because if I did—I'd have to admit I remember every second it.
I don't want to think about it anymore.
"Wait," I spoke again, slower this time. "Before that… I want to ask you something."
He turned toward me.
And I saw it.That look.
The same one he used to give him when I asked about Yuvika.
My heartbeat picked up.
"Do you like Aadhya?"
The question came out calm.
Inside, it was chaos.
I didn't want to hear the answer.
I already knew.
But hearing it would make it real.
Permanent. Please. ...say ..no.
He looked away.
That pause—
It said everything.
"I-I do," he admitted quietly. "...A-And I think….. I'm falling for her."
Something inside me cracked.
My chest felt tight.
Breathing felt heavier.
My fingers curling into fists..
I dont want him to feel my tension.
That same sinking, choking, gut-twisting feeling.
Fuck no..
Not again.
Not her.
Not Aadhya please.
Anyone but her....
I forced my face into a blank expression.
No reaction.
No emotion.
Like it didn't matter.
But inside—
I was burning.
"You know I need her for my plan," I said, my tone sharpening slightly.
It sounded like strategy.
Like control.
But it wasn't just that.
It was the only way I could hide what I was feeling.
Nikansh nodded. "I-I do."
I stepped closer, my eyes locking onto his.
"Then remember that," I said quietly.
"Don't forget where you stand… if you go against me."
It came out like a warning.
But inside—
It felt like I was warning myself too.
Because I didn't trust what I was feeling anymore.
My heart was beating too fast.
Too loud.Too wrong.
I turned away before he could read anything on my face.
My hands clenched into fists.
I needed something.
A distraction. A fight. A Violence.
Anything to shut this down.
"Where the hell are they…" I muttered, irritation rising.
I thought Section E was craving a fight.
Right now—
I needed it more than anyone.
Because if I stood here any longer…
Thinking about her.
Thinking about what he just said—
I might lose control completely.
Aadhya's POV
Kaal was sitting there casually… eating a burger.
Seriously?
I was tied to a bench, hands behind my back, body still aching—and this guy was enjoying his meal like it was a picnic.
"Damnit…" I muttered under my breath. I was actually hungry too.
He noticed.
"Wanna have a bite?" he offered, smiling.I stared at him blankly. "Seriously? Tied like this… do I look like I can eat?"
He chuckled.
Then stood up and walked toward me. "I'll feed you then."
He brought the burger closer to my face. The moment he got close—
I slammed my foot down on his.
Hard.He lost balance and stumbled back, almost falling.
His expression changed instantly.
Anger.Pure.
He raised his hand—ready to slap me—
But before he could, one of his men rushed in.
"Bhai, they're here… Vivaan and others."
Kaal paused.
Then slowly lowered his hand.
I exhaled quietly.
The same guy I had punched earlier stood behind him, glaring at me.
I glared back harder.
Try me.
Kaal smirked.
"Perfect timing."
He untied the rope from the bench but didn't free me completely—my hands were still tied behind.
He grabbed my arm and pulled me along.
"Let's welcome our guests."
We reached the terrace.
The wind hit my face.
And there—
They were.
Below.
Vivaan.Nikansh.Others.
My chest tightened slightly.
Kaal stepped forward and laughed.
"I missed you," he said mockingly. "Welcome, guests."
Before I could react—
He pushed me forward.
"AAUGHH—"
I lost balance.
"AADHYA!" they all shouted at once.
For a second, I thought I'd fall—
But Kaal caught me again.
"Oops," he said, grinning. "By mistake."
"You did that on purpose," I snapped angrily.
He just smiled wider.
I looked at them again.
At Vivaan.
He was staring straight at me.
But—
Something was different.
His gaze.
It wasn't the usual sharp, mocking look.
" I thought I almost lost you"😳
Why i was reminded of that...
It was… darker.
Colder.
And yet—
There was something else in it.
Something I couldn't understand.
"WE'RE HERE," Vivaan shouted. "What do you want?"
Kaal hummed. "I just wanted to watch you fight…"
Then he motioned behind him.
And suddenly—
They appeared.
Around thirty guys. They had Baseball bats Hockey sticks.
Tall.Built.
Surrounding them.
And there were only four of ours.
For a second, even I felt the imbalance.
But then—
Vivaan laughed.
"That's it?"
Was he serious?Has he lost his mind?
"Don't be so arrogant… at the start," Kaal said.
Then—
He turned to me.
Walked closer. Too close.
I stiffened as he leaned near my neck.
"Till then… we'll enjoy," he whispered.
My fists clenched behind my back.
"Don't you dare touch—"
Before Vivaan could finish—
He pulled me back toward the inside.
Away from them.
Away from the terrace.
My heartbeat started racing.
Fast.
Uneven.
But then—
His voice.
"Adi… wait for me."❤️😳
Vivaan's POV
The moment they dragged her inside and the door slammed shut—
Everything went quiet for half a second. Then—
Chaos.
The fight exploded downstairs.I could hear it.Punches landing. Bodies hitting the floor. Metal clashing.
Nikansh's voice cut through, sharp and controlled—"Avoid the bats! Stay close!"
Avi—reckless as always—was literally flying into people. I could hear it. Jump kicks, shouting, probably grinning like an idiot even now.
Mahi didn't hold back either. Solid. Direct. No wasted moves.
They were handling it.
Good.
"Block them," I said shortly. "I'm going up."
Nikansh didn't argue.
That was enough.
I moved toward the stairs.
Three guys blocked the way.
I didn't stop.
The first one swung—
I ducked, grabbed his arm mid-air, twisted it and slammed my elbow straight into his ribs. He dropped instantly.
Second one came from the side—
I kicked his knee. Hard.
He collapsed.
Third tried to grab me—
I slammed him against the railing and shoved him down the stairs.
No time.No mercy.Just movement.
More came.
Too many.
One rushed with a stick—I caught it mid-swing, yanked it from his hand and hit him back with it.
Another tried from behind—I turned and drove my fist straight into his jaw.Pain was there.
But it didn't matter.Nothing mattered.
Except—
Her.
I reached the top.Door.Locked.
I kicked it open.
And there—
She was.
Sitting on the bench.
Hands tied.
"Aadhya…"
My voice came out rough.
I stepped forward—
And then—A hit.Sharp.Heavy.
My vision shook as the impact landed.
Knees hit the ground.
I looked up.
Kaal.
Baseball bat in his hand.
Of course.
Before I could react—
Another hit.
And another.
My body gave in.
I crashed to the ground.
"VIVAANNNN !" she screamed.
Her voice—
It cut through everything.
I turned my head slightly.
She was crying.
Tears clear on her face.
For a second—
I didn't understand.
Why is she crying?
She never cries.
Even when she's hurt.
Then why now?
Why… because of me?
Something twisted inside my chest.
Unfamiliar.
Uncomfortable.
"Damnit… don't cry, Aadhya," I muttered.
He started hitting me again this time with full force..augh.
"S-Stop ...please.. that's enough..." She begged crying.
Fuck! Don't do that. Why are you begging.
I didn't like that feeling. At all.
Kaal noticed.
"You're begging for this guy ?why ?" he grinned at her. "Is he your boyfriend?"
She shook her head immediately.
Fast.Too fast.But he didn't look convinced.
I glanced at her again—
She had stopped crying.
But something was off.
Her hands—
Moving. Behind her.
She was trying to get escape. Good.
Then I just need to buy her time.
"You bastard…" I spat, forcing myself up slightly. "You're a fucking coward."
Kaal's face changed instantly.
Anger.Good.
"Annoying," he snapped, kicking me again. "I tried so many times to defeat you… sent so many people after you but you—"
"Still couldn't win," I cut him off with a smirk. "I know."
That did it. He lost it. Hits came harder now. Faster.
He raised the bat again—
Straight toward my head—
And then—
Something flew past me.
A chair.
It slammed into him.He stumbled back.
I blinked, confused—and looked at her.
Aadhya.
Breathing heavily. Free.
She broke it.
But instead of running—
She ran toward me.
Straight to me.
Her hand came to my cheek.
Warm. Shaking.
"Are you okay?" she asked, voice trembling.
I froze.
Why are you here?
Why aren't you running away?
Why… are you worried about me?
It didn't make sense.
This is stupid.
She should leave.
She should save herself.
Then i realised something.
She's just soft-hearted, I told myself.
That's all. Nothing more.
She tried to lift me.
"Run," I said, voice low. "Get out of here."
" Run Aadhya "
" NO. I WONT LEAVE YOU ALONE HERE !" She shouted through her tears.
I was stunned.
Huh? Why are you doing this.
"Try standing… come on," she said softly.
I tried.
Forced my body up.
Pain shot through my knees.
Sharp.Unbearable.
I couldn't.
My leg gave in again.
I clenched my teeth. Damnit. Not now.
Not in front of her.
And definitely—
Not when she's still here instead of running.
Everything changed in a second.
One moment she was beside me, trying to help me stand despite trembling herself… and the next, Kaal grabbed her by the hair and yanked her up. The way her body jerked, the pain clearly visible on her face—it hit something inside me instantly. Before I could even react properly, he slapped her. Hard. The sound echoed, and I watched her body crash into the wall and fall to the ground.
That was it.
Something inside me snapped completely.
I didn't think. I didn't calculate. I just moved.
My knee was already injured, my body exhausted, but none of it mattered in that moment. I forced myself up and kicked Kaal with everything I had. The impact was strong enough to make him lose balance, but I fell down right after. My body wasn't cooperating anymore. It felt heavy, weak… useless.
And I hated it.
I had never felt this helpless before.
Kaal recovered quickly and came at me again. He started hitting me, and this time I couldn't defend properly. My movements were slower, my strength dropping. Each hit landed harder than it should have.
Then something changed.
I don't know what made me look behind him, but when I did—I saw her.
Aadhya.
She had stood up.
But something was wrong.
Completely wrong. Her lip and forehead was bleeding.
Her posture was stiff. Her movements were slow, almost mechanical. But what struck me the most was her face—her eyes. They were empty. Not scared, not angry… just empty. Like she wasn't even present in her own body.
It didn't feel like she was reacting.
It felt like something else had taken over.
Kaal followed my gaze, and before he could even process it—she attacked.
Her kick landed straight on his face with full force. The impact threw him back. For a moment, I thought she would stop there.
But she didn't.
She lunged at him.
Pinned him down.
And then she started hitting him.
Again and again.
Her punches were not normal. They were heavy, uncontrolled, filled with something deeper than anger. Every strike had force behind it—too much force. Blood splattered with every hit, but she didn't slow down. She didn't hesitate.
She wasn't thinking.
She wasn't holding back.
She was destroying him.
I was stunned.
I had seen fights. I had been in fights. But this—this wasn't a fight. This was something else.
This was dangerous.
If she didn't stop… she would kill him.
"Aadhya, stop… that's enough," I said, trying to get up.
She didn't react.
It was like she didn't even hear me.
"AADHYA!" I shouted louder.
For a second, she paused.
She turned her head slightly and looked at me.
And that moment—
It felt wrong.
There was no recognition in her eyes. No emotion. No awareness.
It was like she didn't know me.
Then she turned back and continued hitting him.
Harder.
I forced myself up again. My knee screamed in pain, but I ignored it. I couldn't let this continue.
I reached her and grabbed her wrist mid-punch.
She resisted instantly.
Strong. Too strong.
She tried to pull away and hit him again. Her entire body was shaking—not from fear, but from whatever was driving her in that moment.
I grabbed her shoulders and forced her to face me.
"Aadhya… look at me," I said, trying to keep my voice steady.
Her breathing was heavy. Fast. Unstable.
Her eyes were still distant... what's happening to you....
