Dairyon's voice rose as he said to Adam:

"You took the Black Slayer sword."

Adam remained silent, his eyes catching every movement of his brother.

He suddenly raised his sword and placed it against Dairyon's neck, saying in a frozen voice:

"Are you truly my brother?"

Dairyon was about to speak, but Adam cut him off mercilessly:

"If you're going to lecture me about respect… I don't care about it. In the end, I am Adam Noll, illegitimate, and I will become a Magic Knight… so that I can be myself, not Kyles."

Dairyon let out a faint, mocking laugh, Adam's sword still at his neck:

"My apologies, Lord Noll… you are my younger brother. I only returned here to see you and my mother… then I will go back to the Kingdom of Black Waters."

Adam swallowed his words and said sharply:

"The Kingdom of Pirates…"

Dairyon shook his head calmly and said:

"Lower your sword. The Black Slayer is not worthy of being raised against me. If you are to raise a sword against me… then raise Dark Valendor. You will become a Magic Knight. A year of studying magic will be good for you… for you are of the bloodline of…"

Suddenly, a booming voice echoed, shouting:

"Stop!"

Lorian smiled coldly and said:

"Stop here."

Adam lowered his sword, and Dairyon stopped speaking, as if royal presence dictated its own rules.

Kingdom of Kael — Nirvain Castle

Upon entering the grand hall, the emblem of the black bear shone above the throne, declaring the authority of the Redwood family.

Upon the ancient throne sat King Eiron Redwood, his stern face overflowing with firmness and resilience, while Queen Ilara stood beside him, her eyes filled with wisdom and authority.

Before them stood the eldest prince, unnamed, wearing a black robe embroidered with red threads, concealing his features with great precision, while near him stood the second prince, Linius, his body reflecting the harshness of battles, and the scars of war adorning his face.

As for the third prince, Kylan, he was immersed in an open book, as if he carried the keys to ancient mysteries.

In a corner of the hall, Alia's blue eyes gleamed with unyielding determination, her long black hair flowing gracefully, while the commander of the royal guard, Reno the Tempest, stood on the right side, his dark red attire gleaming under the torchlight, his hands resting on the hilts of his twin swords, and all submitted to him with reverence.

King Eiron spoke in a loud voice filled with resolve:

"The Kingdom of Wintermark has begun to regain its strength when that wretch… Prince Valerion Blue Rain ascended his father's throne… he is a vile bastard.

But what makes us superior is that we possess the greatest guilds: the Red Cloak Guild, the Black Feather Guild, and above them all, the Grand Balance.

We defeated them twelve years ago when they stood beside the House of Boro… and if they challenge us again, we will defeat them… once again."
