The air in the Hill Palace courtyard didn't just vibrate; it felt like it was being compressed between two celestial grinding stones. Siddharth stood motionless, his silhouette a sharp, obsidian cutout against the shimmering violet-and-gold twilight he had brought with him. Opposite him, the King of Iron was a mountain of groaning metal and hissing steam, a relic of industrial fury that refused to be silenced by the new world's magic.

[Condition: No outside interference. Winner takes Domain Authority.]
"You talk too much for a dead man, Siddharth!" the King of Iron bellowed, his voice amplified by the hollow chambers of his iron chest. He raised his colossal hammer, 'The World-Cracker', and slammed it into the ancient stone floor.
BOOM!
The shockwave wasn't just physical. It was a wave of 'Solidified Intent'. The ground didn't just crack; it erupted in jagged pillars of rusted iron that shot toward Siddharth like the teeth of a giant trap.
[Active Skill Detected: 'Iron Fortress - Earth's Spine' (Rank: A)]
Siddharth didn't move his feet. He didn't even raise his hand. As the iron spikes reached his personal space, they didn't hit him. They blurred.
[Active Skill: 'Void Step' Activated!]
In a flicker of stardust, Siddharth vanished from the ground and appeared ten feet in the air, standing on nothing but the vacuum he had created. He looked down at the Iron King with eyes that were no longer human—they were windows into a dimension where light and shadow lived in a violent, beautiful marriage.
"Your strength is impressive, Iron," Siddharth's voice resonated, cold and layered. "But you are still fighting with the logic of the old world. You think mass and weight define power. In my domain, gravity is just a suggestion."
Siddharth pointed a single finger at the giant.
[Active Skill: 'Twilight Compression' (Rank: S)]
The space around the King of Iron suddenly turned a deep, bruised purple. The gravity within that small sphere didn't just increase; it shifted in multiple directions simultaneously. The Iron King's massive limbs were pulled outward, his steam-pipes began to buckle, and the rusted plates of his armor let out a high-pitched, metallic scream of agony.
"Argh! You think... a little pressure... can break the Iron Will?!" The King of Iron roared, his eyes glowing a fierce, furnace-red. He triggered his ultimate defensive buff.
[Active Skill: 'Absolute Iron Will' (Rank: S - Passive/Active)]
(Effect: For 60 seconds, the user is immune to all environmental and magical debuffs. Physical Strength increased by 100%.)
With a sound of tearing metal, the King of Iron broke free from the gravity trap. He leaped into the air—an impossible feat for something so heavy—and brought his hammer down toward Siddharth with the force of a falling meteor.
"Siddharth, look out!" Saintess Elena shouted from the sidelines, her hand gripping her spear so hard it sparked. She wanted to interfere, but the 'White Umbrella' woman stepped in front of her, the silent ticking of her umbrella a warning.
"Let him fight, Saintess," the woman whispered. "A King who cannot break iron will never be able to mend the world."
Siddharth watched the hammer descend. He could feel the heat of the friction, the smell of ozone, and the sheer, overwhelming pressure of the Level 26 attack. If he took this hit directly, even his Mythic Class wouldn't save him from being turned into a silver smear on the palace floor.
He didn't dodge. Instead, he reached into his 'Void Reservoir'.
"General! Knight! Sync with the Sovereign!"
Instead of manifesting as separate soldiers, the Grave-General and the Shadow Knight turned into raw energy. The General's silver-black essence flowed into Siddharth's right arm, forming a gauntlet of celestial plate. The Knight's violet-light essence flowed into his left, forming a blade of pure spatial distortion that hummed with the sound of a thousand bees.

[Mana Consumption: 20 per second]
Siddharth raised his gauntleted hand and caught the World-Cracker hammer mid-swing.
The impact sent a shockwave that leveled the palace's outer walls and sent the Queen of Silk's guards flying. But Siddharth didn't move an inch. He stood in the air, his hand holding the mountain-sized hammer as if it were a child's toy.
"How... how is a Level 22 stopping a Level 26 Full-Strength Strike?!" the King of Iron gasped, the steam-pipes on his back exploding from the back-pressure.
"Because I am not just a King of shadows," Siddharth said, his obsidian eyes flashing with a terrifying, golden light. "I am the King of the Grave you are standing in."
Siddharth gripped the hammer and twisted. With a sound of catastrophic failure, the head of the World-Cracker—an S-Rank artifact—shattered into a million pieces of rusted iron.
"My hammer!" the Iron King shrieked.
"Now," Siddharth whispered, "let's see what's inside that rusted suit."
He blurred forward. 'Void Step' allowed him to appear inside the Iron King's guard. He struck with the spatial blade on his left arm, a move so fast it left three parallel trails of violet light in the air.
SHING! SHING! SHING!
The 'Absolute Iron Will' defense, which was supposed to be impenetrable, was sliced through as if it were made of paper. The spatial blade didn't cut the metal; it erased the space the metal occupied. Thick, black oil and hissing steam erupted from the Iron King's chest.
[Critical Hit! Health: 45%]
The King of Iron stumbled back, his glowing red eyes flickering. "You... you monster... what are you?!"
"I am the architect of your end," Siddharth said, appearing behind him. He placed his hand on the King's back, right where the central steam-boiler was located.
[Forbidden Skill: 'Void Devour - Targeted Extraction'!]
Siddharth didn't kill him yet. He began to siphon the very 'Iron Will' from the King's soul. He could feel the cold, hard, stubborn energy of the North flowing into his own mana veins. It was heavy, metallic, and tasted of old blood and sweat.
"Stop... stop it!" the Queen of Silk finally spoke, her white silk threads writhing in panic. "Siddharth, if you kill him, the Northern Zone will collapse into the Void! Thousands will die!"
Siddharth paused, his hand still glowing with the extraction energy. He looked at the Iron King, who was now kneeling, his massive frame shivering as the mana that sustained him was drained away. He looked at Elena, who was watching him with wide, fearful eyes. She was afraid he would become the monster again.
Siddharth looked back at the Iron King. He didn't finish the extraction. Instead, he slammed his fist into the King's back, injecting a massive surge of 'Twilight Mana' into the boiler.
BOOM!
The Iron King was thrown forward, crashing into the Palace's central fountain. But he wasn't dead. The twilight mana had 'frozen' his remaining life force, stabilizing his broken armor but leaving him paralyzed.

Siddharth landed softly on the ground, the 'Eclipse Avatar' form dissolving back into his shadows. He was breathing hard, his mana nearly empty, but his eyes were clear. He walked toward the fountain, standing over the fallen giant.
"Kochi is mine," Siddharth said, his voice carrying to every corner of the courtyard. "The North is now a protectorate of the Harbor. You will keep your life, Iron, but your hammer belongs to me. And your loyalty... that is not a choice."
The King of Iron looked up, his red eyes now a dim, respectful orange. "I... I have never felt a weight like that. You... you really are the Sovereign the stars promised."
The Queen of Silk glided forward, her white threads retreating. She looked at Siddharth with a new kind of intensity—not fear, but hunger. "You spared him. A King who knows when to break and when to mend. You truly are the Eclipse, Siddharth. But the parley isn't over. We have 53 hours left, and the 'True Enemy' has just arrived at the gates of the Palace."
Siddharth's 'Sixth Sense' didn't just tingle; it froze his blood. He turned toward the Palace gates.
Standing there was a man in a pristine white suit, carrying a briefcase. He looked like an ordinary accountant, but his eyes were two spinning golden gears. He didn't have a Level. He had a 'Serial Number'.

"Oh no," the 'White Umbrella' woman whispered, her umbrella snapping shut. "The System has stopped sending monsters. It's sending the Developers."
