'The exit!' Luca dashed towards it in a flash, ignoring everything else– including the beast that wanted to cleave through him, badly.
There was really no point in fighting a battle that could be won without doing so.
How, you ask? Yes, escape.
'Didn't you know?! Who fights and runs away lives to fight another day!'
The exit quickly came into view. Closing in, quicker and quicker– until it didn't.
Something dashed past him. A black blur that immediately sent Luca's body into overdrive.
He stamped his foot down on the floor, before skidding to an abrupt halt.
Just in time too, because what just passed by him had slammed his Great Sword into the ground– carving a powerful straight line of pure destructive energy that Luca had to jump out of the way to escape.
The energy ran its course. Cutting through the ceiling and floors until it reached the other end of the Cave with a loud bang.
Luca's gaze narrowed as he stared at the Ironwraith, which was now in front of him.
