Luca's eyes slowly opened as his body lay sprawled over the ground of the starting area– the open space where he first spawned in.
He sat up, his hands went to his chin almost like a habit as he bit his lips. Suppressing the urge to scream as the after effects of his death watched over him.
It was the same as the last two.
On awakening, he felt a terrible pain as if he was reliving the moment the wounds were formed which led to his inevitable loss of life.
'... I got cocky.'

Luca had risen them by heaps and bounds into a level many were yet to reach.
His faster mastery and understanding helped greatly in reaching here… but he didn't truly make use of his cards.
