What is bloodline?
The bloodline is coming from they're descendants ability. Or just from they're blood of royalty. It's can pass through generations and generations.
But in the end there's only 20 remaining of Bloodline ability. (That's include the characters of the archlight academy.) It's pretty much rare.
Other's came from descendants or just getting it by being one.
"Just by thinking of it it's really complicated.."

"But right now the problem is how am I gonna use magic..? Wait no the main problem is what's with my ability..do I even have magic in the first place?."

By one being born, example as the fire attribute, only one attribute you can only use within in person, or so that's what you think.
this game is different from that type of fantasy game..
Instead of one, you can use 2, or even 3.. but it's rarely to have it..or you can get awakened.
