Caro POV
I was honestly just thinking back to nearly two years ago I was just a man paying bills, working a hard working job just to still be a victim of poverty, and struggling in his previous relationship. Thinking back to it there was just a small bit of hope that she eventually found somebody else or just recovered from my sudden death. I don't know if I miss her more or miss my PC. Oh well, doesn't matter.
Today was the last day of training and a day that I learned something I could already conventionally do, but not through the means of ki. This lesson was strictly for me due to me asking how to do it and also forbidding Tao and Murasaki from being in the know of this request. Shen would show me the sky dance, or just fight through ki. My theory is that I'll be able to boost the speed of my natural biological flight if I can push myself with ki. I have so many means of using the same skills or techniques already, the other day I finalized figuring out how to put the concept of ki blasts like the dodon ray out from my eyes. I haven't figured out my new god energy but I have combined the concepts of the few laser beams from my eyes as far as my kryptonian, daxamite, and eternal vision. I haven't used them yet but I'm sure even Roshi wouldn't be able pull off a deflection like he once did before.
I'm honestly overpowered and my birthday is coming up soon. Two years have passed extremely fast for me to only be a child, I thought time was supposed to be relative. Maybe it's the other thirty five years of experience that's making my mind feel like time is flying. There's no higher calling in this life in dragon ball than to get stronger. It's pretty simple and I have the easiest routes to doing so not only knowing the show already but having this insane lineage to back up.
"Alright focus on what I'm about to tell you brat, Tao and Tien are my favorite students and even they haven't been taught this technique yet. My younger brother Tao may have been taught many things by Mutaito but he never spent as much time as I and Roshi did with the old geezer. Now watch first and I'll explain." Shen spoke with many shrugs and a lot of remorse in his tone. He must've felt like teaching me this was going to be the death of him, if he behaved maybe Kakarot will spare the entire crane school. Mostly Tao though, he got the worst of that boy.
Shen started gaining energy in his body and I looked at his cells in a microscopic level watching what happens to his body to understand the process. This is the main way how I replicate techniques, I've got it easier due to saiyan genes too it's far easier to learn by watching but paying attention to the process and having understanding is a better cultivation method for me because I can push whatever I'm learning further.
The old fucker is levitating cleanly off the ground, far differently than how I go about it. I began doing the same with my ki in the exact same manner as him but with extra input to it and as soon as he was going to talk shit and lecture about how it would take me some time to make it happen I was making it happen without my natural ability. Shen knew the kind of monster I was, hell he's practically my bitch, he doesn't even realize he is going to have to join Roshi and the turtle school creating a conjoined class for the new generation of students.
Speaking of Roshi, he showed up alongside Gohan and Ox King. Tien, Murasaki, and Tao decided to show face due to the fact that there were potential enemies showing up. Gohan looked at me with much concern as though I may have betrayed him or that he was wrong about me.
"Caro what are you doing with this group? Do you know what kind of people they are?" Roshi asked with much anger and worry, he really never fully trusted the kid but now he feels as though he'll have to seal him the same way his master sealed the demon king.
"Don't worry I was actually about to head to you but now this is perfect to knock everything out. I've decided to rehabilitate these individuals and integrate the crane school and turtle school together. I'm a hermit of both school master and you're the only person left I have to train with before I go see higher ups." I told Roshi in a bowing position. This made Roshi and Shen wide eye, how'd I know of higher ups existing at all they might've thought to themselves. Meta knowledge is supreme bitches.
"You think I'd stoop to collaborate with this weakling who doesn't even have the guts to do what's necessary?" Shen asked and stated which may be true but he had no choice.
I looked at him with glowing silver ish eyes. Yea that's the color evolution of my laser eyes, it'll improve later on when I figure out my sources of energy but anyways he cowered from his previous statement and I responded strongly, "This is the exact thing you lost the wager over. You can either follow along or die and lose your progress with your students. The choice is yours master."
Narrator POV
The turtle school were slightly confused but Roshi started being able to tell that Caro was trying to work things in his own favor. 'Great' is what he thought because he didn't want to have to deal with all of this but he also didn't have a choice in the matter most likely.
Caro went over to Roshi and told him that there were too many threats on earth and beyond that they couldn't ignore and shouldn't have been so divided over trivial matters. "We all will work best together if we all get stronger, that's all that we all want is good fights and greater strength right? Well learning and developing alone won't do it, we're not all the same people with same ideals but we all bleed blood, we all shit poop, and we all breathe air for crying out loud."
Gohan was not used to the boy talking nor the language he displayed, he figured he's changing over time but he was worried if the lessons he once gave him ever left. Caro dropped a single drop of sweat due to the accidental slip up of cursing in front of all his masters after doing such a great job putting on a front. But it goes to show the frustration and seriousness of such a young man who's trying to bring people together.
"I agree with the kid, I came to the crane school seeking strength after feeling like I couldn't get any stronger. Caro has been a great inspiration to me and has also helped me become a better person in our down time, anything he says I'll follow." Murasaki boldly claimed.
This put a smile on Caro's face, he knew Murasaki could become a best friend kind of figure of his as long as he worked with him on his true intention of getting stronger. He truly did become the Krillin to his Goku, Tien may not be his Vegeta but he was definitely something of a Krillin too or at least a Yamcha figure. That thought made Caro wide eye, Yamcha. Why hadn't I found him yet, he'd be a perfect challenge for them in training and then eventually when Kakarot came he'd be facing a far stronger roster of training partners and he'd also push further along. That would be next before training gets started, I know he's in the desert somewhere on his own so I'll check that out later Caro thought to himself.
"Does the crane school at least have any young girls in it that would be interested in a hunk of junk like this?" Roshi curiously and seriously inquired as he went to his buff form beginning to flex causing everybody except for Shen and Caro to fall on their backs.
Shen looked ashamed to be apart of this and started, "Roshi you pervy puny bitch, you haven't changed.."
Before Roshi could retaliate a black blur appeared faster than everybody could see besides Caro. It was Popo who came to end the boy in his journey. Everybody was shocked that such a person could move like that but Caro took Popo's attack head on and stood there waiting to get a reasoning for the hostility.
On the lookout Kami had heard in on what was happening with the group and decided to move the lookout towards the area of interest due to falsely accusing the boy of bad intentions. "Oh Popo.. I sent you off to do the unthinkable with no understanding of the boy's intentions. I should've been more careful about commands being made and been more involved in mortal matters. I've screwed things up." He said to himself. He was worried that Popo may hurt the boy now or otherwise but he was for surely mistaken on anybody getting hurt, if anything the enemies of everybody gathered and Kami himself need to be worried about that.
