As we began settling into Mount Paozu, Roshi looked at Caro with a look of disdain due to the fact that not only is he extremely strong in potential but was able to hurt Roshi's max power with just a sneeze basically.
This was an actual great opportunity in Caro's mind due to the fact that two of seven dragon ball's were in his presence without him even going on a search. Maybe he could act as though he was a baby to his advantage and use Roshi's pervy personality as a weakness as well.
In that moment as the two parents emptied the ships of all their resources and materials, Caro reached up to Stalks for breastfeeding even though it wasn't necessary for him at this point she felt maybe it would be the last opportunity she'd do such a thing at his late age. Plus she never had the honor to other than before they realized his power level.
This moment pulled Roshi's eyes from reasonable doubt in his ability to make things work, to a very pleased living ancient man seeing the fruits of what a man loves most. At least this and man's eyes. If it wasn't for these tendencies that he had maybe he'd be consistently the strongest human. Most say it's Krillin, I would say Tien but what do I know. Tori-sama the goat never confirmed such a thing. If I meet Toribot then I'll have many questions to ask thought Caro as he was being fed the manly way.
"Oh what a pleasantry before my eyes, maybe this old sucker can go next I'm starving too." Roshi snickered with lust at Stalks forgetting Caro was even there.
Gohan face palmed knowing exactly how this would go.

Stalks wasted zero effort and zero movement to punch the top of Roshi's skull down towards the ground making him feel his brain on the other side of the planet far beneath his own feat.
Baby Caro felt that one and just before senior could even show he was annoyed, baby Caro shot him a look as if he wanted his father to back ff like it was his plan for this to happen. Senior gasped in shock because he didn't think a trivial moment could be apart of a plan but he nodded in agreement. Meanwhile Stalks was in the middle of lecturing Rosi about him being too old for such behavior and as that happened baby Caro reached for Roshi's necklace.
Roshi seen this and inquired, "This isn't food young man this is just a mystical item of legendary myth." Caro knew this wasn't true so he kept on reaching until Roshi gave in. Caro got so desperate to kill this objective he even pulled out his punk ass trump card, whiny pouty baby faces into the obnoxious crying. He had learned how easy it was for the infant body to cry when in dire need of something while he was alone in his pod so it somehow came in handy for this very moment just because he immediately imagined himself not having it and forcing tears.
"A grown ass man crying over balls, ayo pause" is what somebody would've said back on his old world but now he can afford so much action without the fear of embarrassment here. He's practically invincible from peer pressure and ego, besides saiyan ego that is. To be honest he wasn't sure if saiyan pride would affect him as much since he felt like his normal self, maybe it was the other bloodlines overpowering that arrogance or maybe he just hasn't been pushed over the edge enough to boast. There's no telling.
Anyways Roshi finally gave in to this temper tantrum, he handed the necklace over to the child and this also reminded Gohan that he had another ball with an extra star. Both of them knew there were seven but never knew of what power they would hold. Caro figured they wouldn't but also was partially confused on how Roshi wouldn't. To his perfect memory of the show, he recalls Roshi telling a story of the ball all having been one giant ball before they became seven and many people thought this would only be the dragon itself but it was a literal ball. Maybe Roshi thought that once the ball became seven it lost its value which is why it's just a legendary relic instead of the most powerful artifact ever.
Who knows.
"Now wait one moment I'd like for you to have mine too, it's not too far off from his but it has an extra star on it. You seem to hold a special value to these young man." Gohan stated sincerely.
This statement really made Caro's tears turn to tears of joy. He thought he'd have to finesse him later but he got two balls in one sitting without really venturing out or fighting? Dragon ball might just be some bullshit story wise if he's getting through it this effortlessly, little did he know his future is far from peaceful and bright. The conflicts awaiting him in this vast universe of possibility made him very susceptible to hostile decisions and environments.
Oh well, he has two dragon balls before training and he has plenty of time to gather them and figure out his genetic background because there's literally no other way he'll know. The sun makes him strong but he knows zenkai's will be key to growth earlier than later and the whole S-cells theory will just support whatever he maybe be. Kryptonite will be a problem for Caro if Wheelo, Gero, Myuu, or Hedo and any other scientific threat can access his dna and figure out how to synthesize this weakness. Fu is his main goal as far as where he needs to reach in order to be ultimately untouchable, that's a long way to go but he's ready to get training asap.
Gohan returned with the four star ball and before he gave the child it he asked the baby a strange question, "Do you understand everything that we've been saying?"
Caro nodded in obedience to the conversation.
By now nobody was surprised he could understand if he could transcribe, so Gohan followed up with this, "In order for you to be my student you will represent the turtle gi, you will follow a list of chores, you will study my material that I have, you will promise that you aren't going to fall under any evil or negative force when you learn what I teach but you will also spread this to those who are also worthy. If you don't accept this day in and day out 24/365 regiment, then I'm sorry to say you're not fit for this dedication."
And with that Caro tried to do a pinky promise. This touched the two humans, there's nothing more sincere in the world than a pinky promise but one from a baby is maybe the most pure thing ever imagined. Gohan completed the pinky promise and immediately squared up with Caro which made Caro float in return based off of reflex.
Just because he had no experience, no ki control, no nothing didn't mean he didn't have that natural desire for battle. The natural adaptability to adjust as time goes, the kryptonian nature to learn things from first sight, amongst whatever else he was.
Gohan got into Caro's grill, he immediately back fisted him with the lead hand. Caro couldn't react fast enough but thanks to his durability his face didn't feel an awful amount of pain but he was caught completely off guard so he definitely took a significant amount of damage. This baby body isn't going to suit it, so he relied on the sensation of the laser eyes but when he shot them off at Gohan he noticed it was going to happen and side stepped him and gently close lined the boy in the stomach.
One small detail everybody noticed though was that the lasers from his eyes were fluctuating in color. They were flashing an ember red, to a golden amber, then to a solid blue.
Everybody thought this was anything out of the ordinary, maybe having to do with his emotions and aura like how other characters in universe are. Caro, however, knew better than that. Red and blue lasers still tie into kryptonians so that didn't make him feel like anything much of the red to blue. But the gold made him ponder where that might've came from. The only person that he's ever seen have eyes similar would probably be ikaris.. well maybe I'm part eternal so that's on the shopping list of genetic makeup. I wouldn't be surprised if I got a mangekyo next at this point.
After Caro recovered, he immediately flew as fast as he could with no lethal intent absent of aura towards gohan and tried to return the favor close lining him back.
Gohan's complete essence screamed death, and by the time he noticed he was about to make contact with Caro's body, senior had caught the boy by his tail draining the power from him.
Fuck I'll need to train that thing too huh.
The unspoken, unhinged, and random sparring match came to and end decided in a draw? It's hard to say since Gohan practically got saved from a one hitter quitter and Caro took damage. Roshi and senior both looked impressed for many reasons.
Roshi seen a promising student, maybe the greatest potential in history of potential. Then Caro for the fact that he can tell these humans are weak and the fact that they are capable of keeping up with saiyan might let alone legendary might, the training for him and his son will be quite the challenge he looks forward to.
Caro's adrenaline went away and he felt the pain in the two strikes he took to the face and abdomen. Gohan is kind and generous to give the dragon ball, he isn't even a z level threat but man, this guy Gohan is the goat.
