Chapter 18: New Servants

Lady Abigail and Peter Melville was arrested and sent awaiting trial. The girls from the slums as well as the enslaved fairies were escorted to the ethereal city. Wrapped in blankets as Ryu and kuro led the way...
"I'm sorry for yanking the bracelet....I was just so mad...." Keith sniffled on the verge of tears.
"It's fine. You didn't know this would happen. What matters is that it's safe with us now and everyone is safe...." I said stroking his little head.
"Right....we saved them..." He wiped his eyes. He looked around at the rescued girls. One of them sat on the steps, her raven locks seeming familiar.
"Sister!" Keith screamed running towards her. She looked up bewildered before engulfing him in a tight hug, surprising Keith.
"I was worried I'd never see you again" she cried. Salty tears darkening his white shirt. He blink, trying to process what was happening as tears filled his eyes, sliding down his cheeks.
My heart warmed at the sight. Smiling softly as my determination for my mission grew.

A few days later
I stared at the medicine bottle with curious eyes. My insight didn't work on it so I had given kyokota to look into it.
Apparently such complex drugs are not commonly found, one of the major ingredients that was detectable was phantom blood. That's all he was able to deduce so far.
"So these boost your mana huh..?. Sounds like something off the black market" I sighed.
Just then I heard a knock at my door.
"Yes, what is it dayama..." I said opening the door to answer.
"Shiori-sama, your needed" he replied with a serious expression.
"Oh?" I stared at him confused

I was stunned. In front of me were little pixes dressed in rags as they bowed before me on knee.
"What's going on?" I asked whispering to Ryuchi.
"There slaves from the Crimson cross's base. They had collars on but I got rid of them In case they was traceable." Ryu explain.
"I see... But their so....small..." I stared at the small group before me.
"Only a few of them that we found were evolved into fairy folk. These are pixes or rather least fairies..." Kuro explained
"My lady, we're forever grateful for you aid and for the destruction of that stronghold..." One of them spoke, It was axel's helper.
I crossed my legs before speaking in a calm yet authoritative voice.
"Do you wish to return to your homes?" I asked
" Our homes were burned to ashes as we were all taken as children. Even if our clans had still survived we are unaware of their current location " one of them said
" Then if I may ask, what is your plan for the future?" I queried, staring at them with an unreadable expression.
All became quiet, seeming nervous about what they had in mind.
"We...we wish to join your cause! And...and be taken under your rule!...." A pixel stuttered.
The air was tensed as everyone awaited my response. The corner of my mouth twitched into a sly grin. I nodded in approval.
"Very well then, from this day onward, you are mine and shall forever serve me to the best of your abilities" their eyes widened with surprise.
"But first, you shall all be giving new names, then you'll be clothed, fed and checked for illnesses, only then would you be tested for your area of strength to which you may serve me with, understand."
"Yes! Shiori-sama!" They bowed there heads in unison.
This is incredible!
"Come forward, one by one to be named" I gestured as a pixel went forward first.
"Your name shall be!-"

I slowly woke up as I relised that I was now in my bedroom. Feeling absolutely wrecked.
"Your finally awake, shiori-sama!" I turned to see Keith and his sister, Jenny watching over me with big curious eyes.
So Cute... 😳
"I must have overused my mana again..." I said to no one in particular.I scratched the back of my head. A few minutes later, a bunch of fairies came barging into the room. led by Ryu who seemed too excited at my awakening.
"I'm glad you've recovered shiori-sama!" He beamed.
"I'm surprised dayama and Madara aren't busting in here..."
"These are the newest members of the white lotus!" He gestured to the group of former pixels who were now evolved into fairy folk, dressed in proper clothes.
Wowzaa! There beautiful!
"Via naming them, they've evolved into a higher class of fairy, fairy folk..." haru explained
"The others are currently exploring the kingdom!" Kyoko explain.
"I see..." I nodded as I got out of bed.
" A pleasure to be working with you " I smiled
"Likewise " they spoke in unison.
"Ok time to see the kingdom!" I grinned fist pumping the air.

I sat on fang's back in my foxy form as I scanned around the land.
"Shiori-sama!" I turned to see a fairy girl approaching me.
"I'm Miku!" She introduced herself. I nodded in acknowledgment.
she was axel's former helper if I'm not mistaken.i guess she was a lower class fairy before evolving. I thought staring at her wings.
"We're already settled in the manor, noting that your main house is almost ready, were planning to turn the manor into the white lotus headquarters..." She suggested brightly.
I never really planned on what to do with it after we've moved into the permanent resident. I'm glad it's already found a new purpose.
"Excellent idea, we'll inform everyone once the new mansion is finished." I said
"Yes, shiori-sama!" She skipped away happily.

No one's pov
A few days later...
I smiled brightly as I held my new glasses close. Not only did they improve my vision but they're enchanted so I can use them to read stuff. I entered the kitchen to see my subordinates standing there as well as another spider clan member in deep thought.
"Hey, what's going on?" I asked walking to them
They snapped out of their deep trance.
"Oh shiori-sama, this is Minato, the head chef. As well as my right hand man back when I was the black Spinner " kuro suggested to the black haired spider clan man.
"Oh I see, and what has all of you so bothered?" I asked, glancing at the guy curiously.
"We were thinking of a new dessert to add to tonight's menu" Ryu explained.
I had showed them some memories that could be useful ideas to invest in this world. Most of the furniture and clothes in my kingdom are based of the style from the futuristic Japan era mixed with the fashion style from this world.
Despite the varieties of information, only a few has their full attention.
For example Ryu: his into swordplay and chivalry so he teaches and trains the Goblins in his spear time
Kuro: his into literature and novel writing of all genres, especially spicy scenarios, he also likes cooking but... can't cook a decent meal to save his life
Haru: likes flowery, she aids me and looks after the garden while I'm in melvialine.
And then there's kyokota: his into arts, like drawing and painting, playing instruments, majorly the piano like me.
"I see..." I nodded in understanding
"I don't know any desserts that would aid the heat in melvialine" Minato admitted.
"Well I can only think of crepe or ice-cream.." I smiled awkwardly
"Ice-cream?" They stared at me curiously
"Wait you haven't heard of ice-cream?" I queried . They shook their heads implying no
"I see.." I took out my phone and searched for a recipe.
"Minato, write this recipe in the cookbook, Ryu, go get some ice and haru fetch some bowls as for the rest I would need a few more ingredients...."
"Yes shiori-sama!" The scattered in different directions.
{One montage later}
The bowls of ice-cream were made at last.
I hummed with delight as I started eating the ice-cream.
"Yummy!" Haruna and Ryu smiled ravishing their ice-cream as kyokota was savouring his.
"This, ice-cream will be perfect!" Minato smiled.
CRASHED
We all turned to kuro who had dropped his ice-cream bowl, the ice-cream splattered across the floor. he sulked over the wasted treat as A goblin maid came and quickly cleaned up the mess.
I sighed "man, your so clumsy, here we can share mine" I offered. His face flushed bright pink
Ignoring his flustered expression, I offered a spoonful of ice-cream his way.
"Say ahh" his eyes widened, staring at my face before eating the ice-cream from my spoon.
An indirect kiss! This spoon has touched both of our tongues! Kuro thought dreamily as the others watched with pure jealousy. Relising how intimate my actions were, I shoved the bowl in his hands before storming off embarrassed.
So cute. They all thought.

Eliot was at his limit, storming down the halls in fustration.
"Seeing how powerful she was, I once believed that shiori-sama could rule this kingdom... But...now...."
A tick Mark appeared on his head.
"All she ever does is read books! or play on that strange screen of hers! Dumping all her queen's work on me and the minister!"
"This ends now! " He kicked the door open before Marching up and ripped open the curtains.
"Ahhhh!" Shiori yelp as the sun attached her eyes.
"It's time to get up!" He said with an annoyed expression.
"Just five more minutes..."
"No way! All this time You've done nothing by read, sleep and eat! Dumping your duties on me, I'm not your slave for Pete sake!" He ripped the blanket from her as she rolled midair before falling off the bed with a thud and a yelp.
"Hey, that hurt!" She whined rubbing the back of her head.
"Good, your awake now. Where are the others?" He asked
She sat up and stretched a bit.
"Their busy handling Ethereal city affairs as well as scouting for more recruits for the white lotus." She replied with a tired yawn.
"I see..." He sighed
"I haven't been able to find anything remotely related to the strange drug we found on the day of your recusing. Most of these books are on basic education..." She whined
"There actually pretty advanced courses for nobles. I'm surprised you were able to understand them" he tilted his head.
"It's called learning and it's not that big of deal when you know the basis" she picked up the books and put them on the table.
"Your expectations are too high..." He deadpanned with disbelief.
"i really want to learn magic as well as boost my knowledge of this realm" she sighed
"Well There's a library here in melvialine if you want to read up more, though most of the books are based on human knowledge. If you want to gain more information on magic, visiting mystical type species would be more efficient as for combat I suggest the demi humans" he explained
"You had me at library!" She smiled.
"Um, okay..." He sweatdropped.

Shiori's pov
I walked into the building filled with excitement. My footsteps echoed across the tiled floors.
"Um, you seem enthusiastic for some reason..." Eliot said following not so far behind me.
"This is an event that happens in every fantasy anime. where the MC encounters an ancient being filled with knowledge! Normally the person either gains them with no-talk-jitsu or brute force " I grinned whereas Eliot paled
"What are you even talking about?!"
"It's time to conquer my next obstacle!" I opened the massive double doors as the light engulfed us both.
As use sensation faded, we both looked up as a figure stood on the highest bookshelf in all their glory.
Her lavender hair swayed majestically as her fluffy wings spread out beautifully. Above her head was a some kind of black halo. her eyes slowly opened revealing her distant yet sharp pink eyes.
Beside her was a little boy with similar, soft delicate features. His had fluffy white hair and sparkling blue eyes, above his head, the halo and unlike the lady it was light blue.
There aura, it's freaking intimidating! I gulped
The lady opened her mouth... I prepared myself for the worst.
"Excuse me person's down there~ why may have brought you to my humble abode~" she asked in a sickly sweet British voice.
Seriously?! That ruined the damn ambiance!

"For real?" I Deadpanned
We all sat on a table as the boy had prepared some tea.
"My name libara and this boy is Ciel. We travel around from kingdom to kingdom to obtain knowledge from different species. So tell me, ruler of Ethereal city embassy. What brings you to such a place like this?" She queried, gently placing her teacup down.
"Don't be so formal, my name shiori koromi and his is Eliot. I was just hoping to simply read a few books but now, my interest has shifted" I smirks
"To what exactly, shiori-san?" Libara grinned
"I want you..." I pointed at her with a mischievous smile.
"I see, and what are you willing to offer for my services? I am a mystical type specie, a fungal to be precised, meaning I value knowledge above anything else" She rose a brow with a smirk.
"Then I'm offering over 20,000 books from another world "
She spat out her tea. I and Eliot moved aside to dodge it.
"My lady, you've made a mess" Ciel sighed as he begun cleaning the stained tiles.
"Did I hear that correctly! That many! Where are they?!" Her eyes sparkled intrigued.
I reached into my inventory and pulled out my tablet.
"This is called a tablet, I use it for storing online books that ranges from basically calculations to advanced astrology, all from my previous world" I explained
"Your form another world?" She asked surprised
"Yep!"
"that's Impossible. Although it's possible to summon someone from another world it would require a high amount of mana energy, I'm afraid not even the goddess herself could do it with overexerting herself " she sighed
"In that case, try reading this then" I opened an app as she leans in closer.
"Huh, don't underestimate me, I've learnt over 800 language besides demi humans " she smirked staring at the screen.
Her eyes widened with shock
"impossible! I can't read any of this?!, to think such knowledge existed and this thin physical screen embodies over 20,000 of them " she was practically drooling on the poor tablet.
"Please stop that" I and Eliot sweatdropped.
"Excuse my lady's behavior, she just got overexcited " ciel explained.
"Although I don't still believe your claim" she said standing her ground.
"Fine, then how do I prove it to you then?" I rose a brow.
"By letting me touch your egotistical features " she smiled
"Say what?!" My face and Eliot's went bright red.
"By feeling your egotistical parts I can sense how long you've been in this realm" she explained
"B..but that's so...!" Eliot was flustered
"Okay, your a female so I can accept" I gave in
"Say what?!" He was dumbstruck.
"Thankyou for accepting " she grinned
No one's pov

Kuro had stopped writing.
"What's wrong, kuro?" Kyokota asked
"I suddenly have the urge to punch someone" he replied
"Huh?" He blinked
Shiori's pov
I let out shaken breathes, my body felt hot.
"Does it feel good?" Libara asked mischievously.
"It. Does..." I panted, clenching my thighs together desperately for some simulate at the new foreign sensation.
Eliot's face was bright red at the sight...
I was bended over on the table. libara had lifted my skirt a bit to have easy access...
She gently caresses my fox tail, whereas Ciel was touching my ears. I felt so strange yet addictive at the same time.
"Ahhh~..." I let out a breathless moan.
heat going down to my core as I clenched my thighs together desperately. A delicate pink dusting my face.
"W...w...what are you guys doing to her?!" Eliot demanded.
"Just touching her ears and tail" libara replied
"Like hell that's all your doing! you perverts!" He yelled with disgust
"Beast humans have like animal features, however those features are highly sensitive, her reaction can't be helped" Ciel explained, still touching.
"Ahhhhh~!!!" My body had finally had enough as I screamed in ecstasy. I laid my head down on the table purely embarrassed as my body try to calm down.
"Well it seems like you're from another world after all..." Libara sighed
"Told you!"
"I'm sorry for doubting you, although your heritage is directly from beast humans your memories and mana information say otherwise..."
"Then what those that make me?" I queried.
"An unknown!" She squealed
"Say what?!" We stared at how dumbfounded.
"Your life creatures from which newly found knowledgeable can be obtained from! A fungal's life long dream gift!" She smiled brightly as if god had offered her a spot in heaven.
We watched her warly as she suddenly turned to us, Getting on her knees.
"Finally after so long, have I found a master worthy of me. Lady shiori, no shiori-sama, I libara shall offer you everything I have. I find no greater joy than aiding to your cause..." She spoke as her and Ciel bowed.
"Yeah, leave it to me!" I smiled, combining our energies for the contract ritual...

In a luxurious inn, a blonde hair male stared out of the window deep in thought, he's heterochromic eyes were cold and bored...
"What another boring day, hopefully we won't be here for too long..." He sighed
