My eyes looked up at the shrine. I either fight an unwinnable fight against the cultists or against the Marine Calamid. My eyes fell down from the shrine to the water.
If Marine Calamid needs dream energy, or whatever, if someone doesn't dream then that would hurt them. That man by the church had heavy bags under his eyes. If he were to burn down the town then there's a chance if not kill all the cultists he would have weakened Marine Calamid.
And the way he died… The water below me was still. Its surface looked like a portal to another realm, it was so deep. If it was something big that threw him around, in this dream I'll say, then it must be… already in the dream but Chimere doesn't know.
My eyes widened. Well if I can get one hit on it. My hand touched the water which was nowhere near physical but made out of magic. I plunged the Segmented Sea into the pond, the water being absorbed into the blade.
The ground shook. The shrine's small opening had three floating black hands in the center. The world shook once again, the hands pulled. A tear being formed in the world. Another hand fit in the tear then another and another.
A maríft head ducked in the tear then went through. The six horns were way longer and sharper than Chimere showed. The six ears hung low on the thick chest of the maríft. Six piercing white eyes stared into mine. The chest fully came through revealing the rest of the arms and the four legs. Its black cape covered its back half until it stood on its hind legs.
It had to move and stand on the small ledge of the shrine for it was at least twenty feet tall. "Human trash couldn't even hide from you for another day."
"Quite a feat to have that many full dragons under your control."
"One which won't be ruined by a simple dragon who can't even control its own fire."
"Ouch, why does everyone know things about me?" I shook my head.
"Your dreams are an open book. Killer of-"
"I get it!"

Rex's point of view
He attacked another city. The second I heard I was there. He is right by Spirit hiding somewhere in the mountains. I scanned the area, my vision honed over so long. I floated between cities looking out for another attack.
A loud bell rang under me. Ash was accumulating around where I heard the bell and rapidly expanding out in a circle. It would hit multiple cities. Cities that barriers were weakened over the past few days.
I put both my hands out, envisioning the teleportation méjett being moved, else where. The width of the ash would have caused anyone to struggle moving it let alone not getting their magic destroyed by the ash. But the Hero of teleportation presence easily overpowered the ash.
It all disappeared and I quickly teleported to the man below me before he could escape.

Heo Estellé's point of view
The blade sank deeper into the pond, unsure of just how strong Calamid was I left it to accumulate as much water as it could.
Calamid took a step, its hoof stepping on the air. When it stepped everything around it, including the shrine was ripped apart. Everything was just misplaced from its step. The space looked like staring into shattered glass.
My shadow grew. My horns changed without turning into flames. The halo above Chimere's head appeared in black above mine.
Moving the dream around me I tried to form the ground into swords to pierce Calamid. The dream responded to my control, a handful of swords shooting towards Calamid.
Its body jumped down landing on the ground next to me. I retreated back and it grabbed the swords I made. It charged at me with four swords in each hand.
The second I retreated it was behind me and swung down with four swords. I ducked and slammed extra weight into myself to dodge. Undoing the decreased weight I shot up at Calamid, its extra two arms grabbing me before I could plunge my sword into it.
Once it held me, an arm switched grips and held me by my right dominant arm. It then chucked me across the forest and at a tree. I tried to lighten my weight but blood still spewed from me on impact. My arm was completely swollen and dislocated.
I hadn't realized it but when I was next to Calamid my arm was mangled just for being in that radius around it. I retreated back farther but the distance between us was growing shorter just as it walked.
"Gods."
I completely dispelled Paukena's sword. Instead I was going to try and attack it with the control over the dream to avoid getting closer to it. Exactly ten seconds from my arm being mangled the space around Calamid shifted again, ripping everything in half.
I used both goblin-sling and gravity to keep me as far away from Calamid. The second it teleported, no matter where it teleported to, I would pull myself in another direction.
Its long arm hit me on the shoulder with one of its swords. The wound went an inch deep into my arm. I spun around keeping my eyes on the maríft.
I made the dream to create those swords so I made them disappear. Calamid somehow smirked at me. Its eyes went narrow and then pouched towards me.
With my only arm left I pushed it to the side with gravity. Gravity winning over its momentum as its radius of instant teleportation didn't reach me. I turned back to the shrine, Calamid's body teleported in front of me. I jumped back, my chard pants from the day before ripping in the front from its radius.
Calamid chased after my retreat, its arms instead of swinging at me block my way of retreat leaving me to be hit by the teleportation rip around it.

I trade blows with the man. His punches were not even bruising my arms. I kicked him back, teleported and punched him in his side.
He grimaced from pain. Spinning towards me he sprayed ash around us. I swiped it away. Explosions ringing out from the ash.
The bright light illuminated his light blonde hair. He was wearing an unzipped jacket with reflective lining around the sleeve. The right arm wasn't through the jacket, instead the jacket hung on his shoulders like a cape. The arm that was exposed had a spiraling flame tattoo that covered his entire arm, the second he ignited the ashes the entire arm turned into ash itself.
I reached forwards grabbing his necklace with the symbol of the blackhole gods on it and ripped it off his body. Then I punched him, sending him back with blood pouring from his nose.
He staggered up on his legs. His dark black eyes staring at mine.
"Do you want a trial, want to plead your case at all? Or do you really want me to kill someone who followed God Ocky and Goddess Toky the same way I do?"
"Don't you think it's unfair, kinda? A dragon is either good and dies to hero syndrome or bad and dies for being bad?"
"What the hell does that have to do with any of this?"
"The ash Rex. The ash will consume like the plague of hero syndrome. We are now equal under the one true god of the universe, Ryiam."
The bell spawned in his hand then rang down loudly. The ash on his arm exploded up. His dark eyes grew horns of ashes up out of them. Around the man a giant cloud of ash formed.

Heo Estellé's point of view
Unbelievable fast I switched the space Calamid's magic affected with the real world instead of the dream. The teleportation cut was nullified. I resumed and plunged Paukena's sword into its chest. The blade shattered against the jacked muscles of Calamid.
Calamid's other arms punched me in the chest. More blood spewing from my nose and mouth. I spiraled across the forest floor. I swiped my hand across the area in front of me, slinging Calamid into a wall I conjured from the dream.
Catching my breath I continued at Calamid. My feet picked up the ground as I goblin-slung myself over to it. I conjured just the shattered hilt of Paukena's sword. I spun and slammed it against Calamid's chest, drawing a bit of blood.
The space around it ripped once more. I replaced it with reality, causing a loud shattering sound to spread around us. Calamid reached for my arm. I hopped back and slung Calamid into the ground. I retreated back once again, trying to reach the shrine again.
"Umm… Primé?" I asked hopefully.
"Yes?" His voice responded.
"Thank the gods. Mind helping me? Can you?"
"Against that?" I heard him sigh.
His body ripped its way from me. At least a third of my overall magic disappeared, instantly putting me past my limit.
"Whats your plan?"
"I didn't even know you could just help so I didn't think this far."
He spawned those two swords that radiated both karma polarities. His red and blue eyes turned light yellow and an unsaturated purple, along with his top two horns.
"Can you damage it?"
"Not really."
"Then let me hit it and you defend me, got it?"
"Yeah."
Our exchange ended. Primé helped against Lynix, coming out by himself, so I tried just calling out to him. This must have been Split Personality in Universal Being. If I could just call on him, who else could I?
Before I finished the thought Calamid was on me and delivered an even heavier punch to my chest that shattered whatever ribs I had left. My body was shot above the forest.
My body reached a certain part of the forest before that shattering that happened when I switched reality happened around me again. A hole into the red world sat in the sky, Calamid coming up through it.
Calamid threw another punch at me. I wasn't fast enough to react, let alone have enough magic to move Calamid around. Primé's sword came between us. A giant gust of positive karma exploded around us.
Primé threw me back in the sky. I counter Calamid's rip by replacing reality with the dream this time.
Primé's legs crouched onto a platform of positive karma before he shot into Calamid's reach. He ducked a punch placing a shield of karma between them. Then he jumped up on another platform and left a cut of negative karma across Calamid's chest.
I replaced the area around Calamid with the dream, allowing for Primé to dodge an attack. Once Primé was out of its reach he jumped back and grabbed me.
"Get me back to that shrine!"
"Alright brace a little." I gripped him with my one non mangled arm.
He twisted us and shot down off another platform. Calamid appeared before us to prevent us from getting there. Another loud shattering of the world resounded as it punched us.
Primé's two swords twisted in a way that deflected us off Calamid's arm and towards the shrine. He blasted a wave of positive karma at me, sending me down to the shrine and leaving him with Calamid.
The impact on the ground I didn't feel at all. Maybe because I was hurt and bleeding all over or the positive karma did something either way I jumped into the hole which was the pond.
I fell down nearly fifty feet. Slowing my fall with the sides of the pond. The Segmented Sea was standing straight up in the ground. The pond probably went down another fifty or so feet.
Once I latched onto the blade I started to panic. It was too heavy for me to carry. I pulled but I couldn't get it out. My head was blistered with pain and was only worsened as I used magic to lift it. Lightening the sword I pulled harder. Blood now flowed out of my nose in a constant stream. Fire leaked out of me as I poured so much magic into getting the sword out, magic I wasn't taking from my reserves but my magic points.
The blade came out, thirty times lighter. I hop out of the hole, able to move it just a little at a time. Once I got it out I watched Primé battle Calamid. He was timing his dodges with its teleportation rip, and landing shallow but long hits of negative karam against it.
"Primé! Come back!"
He turned, the swords disappearing as he ran into me. His body molded against mine as my magic returned.
I could just barely stand, but Calamid instantly saw me as a threat. It punched me sending me back and forth as it teleported rapidly around me.
I had to focus on stopping the teleportation rips instead of defending properly. Its hands grabbed me and flung me up before punching me higher.
It would teleport behind me and punch even higher. Bruises started to pile on my broken body. Our fight left the red dream world again and continued in the air.
"Estellé what are you doing! Fight back!"
I coughed up blood trying to respond. Calamid teleported behind me. Delivering an attack I couldn't counter. Then appeared behind me. Again and again I was pummeled, beaten and thrown around. My entire magic being focused on the segmented sea which was now farther from me.
The only thing I could block was the teleportation rips but now Calamid was focusing on that too. We both changed the world consecutively, playing rock paper scissors with reality.
Its fist went across my face, bouncing my brain around. My immediate response to force fire out and create distance didn't work as my fire refused to respond to me.
Then Chimere's voice resounded in the parts of the fight that were in the dream. "What are you doing, Heo!"
Blood spurting from my mouth I simply said. "This."
I twisted in the air, straining my body to dodge. Not Calamid's punch, for it hit me in the back, but a giant sword. A woosh resounded across both the dream and reality.
The Segmented Sea giant nearly one-hundred foot blade swiped across the top of the forest. The chant from when I put the segmented sea in the pond was still activated and I released all the water through the attack.
With another hand Calamid caught the blade which swung slower than I was hoping. The water wasn't thrown hard enough to force it out.
Calamid was too focused on me. I thought it didn't see gravity magic pull the Segmented Sea up. Calamid simply didn't need to see it, the attack was just that slow.
"Pitiful."
Please, just hit it! I cried through all the broken bones and blood.
As if the gods heard my wish the sword shined a golden light. The attack was rewound and slung across the forest again. Calamid again tried to catch the blade which sliced out way faster.
"Die!"
Calamid's arms gripped around nothing. The water was shot across the forest dangerously fast.
The arm that punched me last within a second had a line across it. The hand that went to grab the blade had one as well. Then the chest of Calamid. Then the entire body of Calamid was sliced in a diagonal line that almost hit me too.
The shallow wound looked to not affect Calamid at all. Dening the excessive amount of water that sprayed past Calamid. It raised its arm again to retaliate against the golden light, but only half of the arm came up. The rest spewed dark blue magical blood out. The rest of its body then followed being cut in half by the hero's presence.
The blade after releasing a devastating amount of water magic coiled back into an average length blade. The waves in the blade calming down.
Magic flooded my body from the first maríft, Marine Calamid. I didn't know how my attack rewound but my next issue was the two to three hundred foot drop.
