As I sat in the class, awaiting the paper, I saw that the whole class was silent, and the atmosphere was tense.
"Good luck!."
"You too!"
And that was it, silence again...
Even Ichinose stood up and said, "Everyone! Let's do our best!"
And everyone cheered, "Yes. Ichinose-san, please do your best."
Then, everyone started to talk more freely.
"After doing last year's paper, I can't help but want full marks."
"Yeah, even though Shikakoi-san said that he was not hoping for full, I did not think even the Sunday session alone could make paying attention in class so easy."
"Yeah! After the study session, reviewing Ichinose-san's note became easier."
"I found myself solving the paper, smiling and even laughing at how simple the questions were."
"Yeah! His worksheets made me doubt the same concept three times."
Everyone laughed.
Then, Hoshinomiya-sensei came in, everyone became silent again, she wished everyone all the best, and distributed the papers.
Then, once again, complete silence. No pen scratching, no talking, no seat shifting. Then, smiles spread throughout the classroom.
Even I was stunned. Around 75 marks, same questions as the past year's midterm exam. And the rest of the questions were pretty simple. Around 75 marks in each paper were questions from the papers I handed to them 2 days ago...

The papers went by smoothly, and when the results came, our class had an average of 97; no one failed, and we got 99 class points.
The class leaderboard was displayed as such:
Class A: 1003
Class B: 959
Class C: 492
Class D: 87
And then, I only had one conclusion. I had severely overestimated this exam.
