[SELECT 'ENTER' TO CREATE YOUR PROFILE]
Abel stared at the interface.
It was GoDHand all over again.
[ENTER PLAYER NAME]
The cursor blinked in the empty field as the keyboard floated before Abel.
[_]
[O_]
[OMNI_]
He paused.
If this was truly ALLGoDS and the whole world was playing, using his original username would be a mistake. Omniscient_Player was too recognizable, too public. Using it would draw unwanted attention, and from there it could lead to unnecessary questions, challenges, an maybe even threats.
Given his situation, it was better to stay hidden.
He cleared the field and typed a different name.
[KING]
He tapped ENTER.
____________
[WELCOME, KING. PLEASE SELECT YOUR BASE CLASS]
A new tab materialized, displaying six icons arranged in a clean grid.
COMBATANT CLASS
MAGE CLASS
SUPPORT CLASS
TANK CLASS
RANGE CLASS
ASSASSIN CLASS
King studied them with complete familiarity. The design, the layout, even the font, it was exactly the same as the game. There were six major classes, with subclass branches you could diversify into depending on your build and playstyle.
King had played through the endgame with an archetype from every single one of the base builds.
But it was only with the Combatant Class, specifically the Saber archetype, that he'd managed to defeat Archangel Voriel, this was due to wielding the strongest armament he ever picked up in the game.
He considered his options.
Saber already had its accolades. It was already proven and reliable. Strong melee potential and burst damage, but it was rigid.
Mage however…
Mage was versatile.
Very effective from early game to late game if you knew where to look. The only reason he'd failed to beat Voriel with Mage builds before was because he'd always tailored his characters traditionally, pure casters, rifle rangers, support healers, shield wielding tanks, and so on.
But this time, things were different.
This wasn't a game anymore.
This was survival.
With the right stat distribution and gear, a Mage could be both a caster and a fighter. He could hav ranged damage, AoE spells, utility. And if he branched correctly, he could even supplement melee combat.
It was just a matter of balancing stats and picking the right tools.
He selected MAGE CLASS.

King's eyes scanned the numbers. Everything looked standard, the default allocation to stats was not surprising.
Then, the ding came again.

[BASE SKILL SELECTION]
The final phase of character creation.
This was the building block for most archetypes. The base skill didn't determine your total power curve in the late game, but early on, it was critical. It dictated how you functioned within your class, how fast you advanced, and most importantly, whether you survived the first few days.
King was about to get a view of the skills tab when another notification cut through like an interference.
DING
[THE HAND OF THE ALMIGHTY IS UPON YOU]
Abel paused in confusion.
[CONGRATULATIONS, KING. YOU HAVE RECEIVED AN SSS-RANK UNIQUE SKILL]
His heart skipped.
This was the second time he'd received a message about the Almighty.
The first had been in the game, right after he'd died in the Council of the All-Gods.
Was the Almighty trying to be a patron?
He tapped on the notification and it expanded.

[GOD'S HAND: 100x REWARD SKILL]
RANK: SSS
USAGE: When activated, this skill grants you 100x the reward either in quantity or quality. This can be applied to every type of reward.
COOLDOWN: 24 Hours COOLDOWN after two usages
_________________________
He stared at the description.
Then a grin began to creep across his face.
This was perfect.
With his knowledge of the game and this unique skill, his rise would be incomparable. He could farm efficiently, multiply resources, and upgrade armaments to levels far beyond their base stats.
His mind immediately raced to the HeavenSplitTwinhandler, the Legendary-Grade greatsword he'd received from King Claudius Caesar in the game. If he could acquire it again and upgrade it with this skill, boosting it 100x in quality
He could rival the Council themselves.
King also noted the 24 hrs cooldown. He needed to be strategic enough to maximize every use without waste.
His brain was already calculating optimal farming routes, key reward events, and critical gear upgrades. Then he tapped on the skill

[PROFILE CREATION COMPLETE]
The interface flashed.
King's vision went completely white for a moment, then the world around him returned.
The room looked the same. The furniture, his gaming setup, and Eli standing nearby, his own interface still glowing faintly in front of him.
But something had changed.
The air felt different, heavier, like the world itself had been reprogrammed.

[YOU HAVE BEEN REWARDED WITH 1,000 RUNES]
King's eyes tilted to the notification, he wasn't surprised, if anything, he expected it.
Entry rune gifts.
Runes were the currency of GoDHand. Everything from purchases to level-ups could be done with runes. At the start of the game, players always received a default of 1,000 Rs, a starter gift meant to encourage early exploration and preparation.
You could visit the system marketplace, buy better gear, stock up on consumables, and boost your chances of survival before the first real challenge hit.
Guess the system was caring after all.

[ACTIVATE GOD'S HAND: 100x REWARD SKILL. Y/N]
King didn't hesitate.
[YES]
[SELECT METHOD: QUALITY / QUANTITY]
He tapped QUANTITY.

[ACTIVATION SUCCESSFUL]
[YOU HAVE NOW RECEIVED 100,000 RUNES]
___________
King's rune count updated.
[RUNES: 100,000]
His smile widened.
He'd just turned 1,000 runes into 100,000 in a single activation.
That was enough to skip the entire early-game grind. With this he could buy high-tier gear, stock up on consumables, and invest in critical upgrades without worrying about scarcity.
He could focus the next nineteen days on more important objectives.
Getting worth gears to scale through the First Penance.
Even from the start of the game, NPCs and Unique magical creatures already appeared in the game. It was an open world game which encourages player interaction and exploration right off the bat.
But the first plague, would reshape the world itself. So these few days was basically a chance to play the game in easy mode.
And king had several ideas, having played this game with all the classes and maximized the twenty days to create Top tier builds hundreds of times, his only problem, if you'd call it that was picking which path would properly utilize his unique SSS-ranked skill.
His attention turned to the bottom right of his vision, the timer counted down visibly.
