Loki specifically the version we see in the TV series. The one that wishes to save the TVA , abilities are as follow :
Time Slipping
In the original he has finally controlled Time slipping . where he is able to basically stop time and also travel back to a point of time that he has experienced and change it , however unlike normal people who get dragged to the butterfly effect , he will not lose his memories of the time before change and will remember all instances.
Illusions turned Reality
His original power boosted beyond , to create illusions that are real. Similar to Klein's "Fool" and "Error" and Kiana's authority of [Sentience] , he can conjure illusions like the entirety of Asgard as we saw it.

He looks specifically like Loki from the TV: Series. Specifically the version at the end of season 2 , He wears layered dark green and black Asgardian robes, heavier and more regal than his earlier attire, the fabric textured like aged leather and woven silk. A long, tattered cape drapes from his shoulders and pools around the throne of roots beneath him.
His horned crown has evolved into sweeping, asymmetrical golden antlers that curve outward like living branches, intricate and organic rather than forged. Faint emerald light traces along the edges of his armor and sleeves, as though time itself threads through the seams of his clothing. His hair falls past his shoulders in dark, loose waves.
Backstory & Personality
Your typical guy , around 175cm in height before the "Change" , has a decently long neck , he was someone who enjoyed western fiction , things like DC , Marvel and detective stories , those of Sherlock Holmes , etc. Unfortunately he was often ridiculed and bullied for this , harboring many bad thoughts wondering what would happen if he just got mad and tried to end those bullies
Then it happened , the "Change" he became Loki. specifically the version from the tv series , the one who holds Yggdrasil. One could say he wanted to take revenge , which he does , by going back in time during his senior high school year and making himself into a figure feared by bullies alike , either by beating them up with his new found powers.
He did this until the time he graduated high school , he was satisfied tried to returned to his original timeline when he realized that there was no time in the future to return to , specifically his original timeline , the best he could go was 1 week after the time he altered his past self , as he looked beyond time he realized that due to him altering the past when fiction and reality were still separated.
He had created a crack in reality. A crack that after his interference would instantly destroy reality by flooding it with countless Vestiges . One where Violet and Klein haven't woken up , one where Kiana[OC] hasn't finished his training , realizing the consequences of his action , he decided to bear the consequences.
Where he created an avatar that acted as himself , one that had the memories before he altered anything to live on as him , while the current him fixes these cracks in reality until the day he falls. He first fooled the entire world by creating an illusion of a bright light that covered the entire world for 1 minute
During that 1 minute , using his power as the God Of Stories , he grabs the countless timelines that ended 1 week after he tried to return and using his powers , created a boundary that shall protect humanity. Yet humanity didn't know anything , they continued to create more fictions.
These fictions they created that turned real due to Loki's interference , continued to pressure him and weaken him slowly and surely , until he himself can no longer sustain this boundary , thus in 2025 fiction finally bled in reality , though it was a slow gradual progress.
Even though weakened , he still tries to at least make sure humanity can adapt gradually until he himself can no longer sustain anything , but by then humanity has adapted and the other pillars have awoken , so perhaps things aren't so hopeless after all. He then falls into a deep slumber.
Right before he slumbers he finally managed to glimpse Elysia , who basically told him that this isn't the first time , how so far it always ends the same way , she commended him and also felt pitied on him , yet his answers remains the same no matter the cycle

His personality remains largely the same , someone who gets excited and will talk endlessly when you talk about things that he's interested in , his personality is quite similar to ESFJ from the 16 personalities website.

The version here is my assumption on what Elysia / Cyrene would be if they had their memories united.

An amalgamation of both Elysia and Cyrene Abilities are divided into the 2 authorities she embodies in her previous lives. Which are :
Origin [Elysia]
Origin , the Origin of everything , the authority to remember all instances that she has gone through. To remember the story from her perspective . So she never forgets herself. To remember every instance of her. It is split into 2 which are :
Stasis : She is able to stop time , During the time freeze she is capable of using all her other abilities. Memoria : The ability to save past incarnations of herself ,to remember everything that she went through Remembrance [Cyrene]
Remembrance , to remember everything , the authority to record everything that happened , yet only see it not change it , to record everything so that there is proof . That they once existed as Memories.
Memosprite [Pillar-Like]
She is a pillar that has no body for she is made of memories

She wears Cyrene's shoulderless, backless high-low white dress with layered ruffles and side waist openings, over a sleeveless high-neck garment with a stained-glass motif. The bodice is detailed and elegant, with a rose accent at the waist and a soft purple inner lining. A large bow and cascading translucent fabrics flow from her back, giving her a light, celestial presence. Crystal-like heels and delicate ribbons adorn her arms and wrists, completing the refined silhouette.
Her hair and eyes, however, resemble Elysia in her Herrscher of Origin form—long, silky pink hair that falls gracefully past her waist with soft, luminous highlights, and bright pink-violet eyes that shimmer with a gentle, almost divine glow. Her gaze is warm yet unfathomable, carrying both playful charm and quiet transcendence, blending elegance with an otherworldly authority.
Backstory & Personality
She was brought to this world with no memories before everything happened , yet she couldn't interact with anyone , it was as if she was a ghost , a phantom , thus she decided to explore this world . For the first 2 years it was merely her exploring this world and seeing how it is , even if at the time she has no memories , her unexplained love for humans remained the same , as she truly cherished humanity.
That is until she finds the existence of the characters , Elysia from Honkai : Impact 3rd and Cyrene from Honkai Star Rail. regaining her memories , the memories of her life as Elysia one of the 13 flamechaser , and Cyrene one of the hidden members of the Chrysos heir , with it the memories of countless cycles also returned , the countless cycles that she has lived through.
The endless cycles where Kiana turned emotionless , the cycles where Klein would drown in loneliness and turn emotionless or going crazy from the revelation that his entire journey was "fiction" in this world. The countless times Loki who started everything yet would always step up to bear the burden.
The fights that happen between Klein and Violet , the times where Klein destroyed the world , the fights when Acheron destroyed everything. She also realized that Acheron[OC] , was the Raiden Mei from her time as Elysia , and Acheron who was an emanator of Nihility from the times she watched.
The way she knows of the existence of Acheron and her identity as Elysia and Cyrene were because she'd come across times where random people would either be playing HSR or Hi3rd , or when they're browsing the fandoms etc. Yet no matter how much she wants to help she can only see and not interfere.
With the exception of Acheron , for she also holds the authority of "Origin" allowing her to interfere slightly when a soul dies right when the Vestige Acheron was brought to this world , allowing her to place their souls in their body with the hope of perhaps stabilizing this specific Vestige
Yet even then it was not always good , for either the new soul goes crazy or acts like a tyrant. Until X was the one who was placed , for X didn't go crazy or used her powers to rule the world , instead X focused on harmonizing with the other 3 Raiden personalities.
