Yet another morning moved along smoothly as Azaria sat at her desk, reviewing her documents and typing out notes on her computer. Several days had passed since her conversation with her mother, and Azaria was doing her absolute best to take Genevieve's advice to heart.
She was learning to embrace Theon's world properly, step by step. It certainly felt a little strange and unfamiliar in the beginning, especially when pack members looked at her with such open respect, but she knew she would eventually get used to it. She was settling into a nice and comfortable pace, quietly working in her office and getting everything ready for an upcoming conference meeting scheduled for later that morning.
As she was double-checking a set of reports, a knock sounded at her office door. Azaria looked up from her desk and called out warmly, "Come in!"
