The late afternoon light gradually changed to twilight and Azaria remained nestled comfortably against Theon's side on the couch, her head resting on his chest while his arm wrapped securely around her waist. Their fingers were loosely intertwined. The crackle of the hearth provided a soothing backdrop to the peaceful sanctuary they had created inside.
