Chapter 10 - My freedom

I was tired.

Tired of punching walls.

Tired of fighting.

Tired of surviving.

Twelve years…

and nothing had changed.

I walked slowly toward the outer wall of the prison maze.

It stood there—

massive.

Silent.

Untouched.

I stared at it.

Then—

I punched.

Nothing.

Again.

Harder.

Faster.

Still nothing.

I kept going.

Again.

Again.

Again.

An hour passed.

Maybe more.

My fists trembled.

My body felt heavy.

And then—

I dropped to my knees.

"I… can't do this…" I whispered.

Silence answered me.

Then—

a voice.

Deep.

Dark.

Not mine.

"What luck…" it said, almost amused.

"Now I have to kneel in front of a stupid wall?"

My eyes widened.

Before I could think—

my body moved.

I stood up.

And started punching.

Not like before.

Faster.

Relentless.

Like a machine.

My fists slammed into the wall again and again, without stopping.

Without pain.

Without control.

Then—

I stopped.

A quiet laugh echoed inside my head.

"Hehehe…"

My hands rose on their own.

Palms facing each other.

"Stone Ball Technique."

A small sphere formed between my hands.

Solid.

Heavy.

Real.

My breath caught.

I slammed it into the wall.

CRACK.

The wall shook.

But didn't break.

I stepped back, staring at my hands.

"How…?" I whispered.

"I don't even have destructive energy…"

Silence.

Then—

"Pretty strong," the voice said, amused.

I tried again.

Focused.

Forced it.

Nothing happened.

My hands trembled.

My breath grew uneven.

Then—

I closed my eyes.

Slowly…

I inhaled.

Held it.

My hands came together again.

Palms facing each other.

This time—

it felt different.

Cold.

Heavy.

Empty.

Something darker began to form.

A black sphere.

"Hehehe…"

The voice laughed again.

"Void Technique."

My eyes snapped open.

Without hesitation—

I slammed it into the wall.

BOOM.

The explosion shook everything.

The ground cracked.

The air shattered.

Dust filled the space around me.

For a moment…

there was nothing.

Then—

the dust cleared.

And I saw it.

A hole.

The wall—

was broken.

Light.

After twelve years…

light.

My chest tightened.

My fists clenched.

"Freedom…" I whispered.

Then louder—

"FREEDOM!!!"
