~Elsie's POV
I did not even understand what was happening at first.
Everything felt like it was moving too fast, like I was standing in the middle of something I had no control over, and everyone else already knew what they were doing except me.
Gianna's voice cut through the tension, it was calm but firm.
"Your wife wants to talk to you."
My heart stopped. I turned to her immediately with my eyes widening in shock.
"What?" I whispered under my breath, completely caught off guard. "I did not say that."
She glanced at me, and there was a playful expression on her face.
"I know," she said quietly. "Just talk to him."
Before I could argue or even think of what to say next, she was already walking toward me, and extending the phone out in front of me like there was no room for refusal.
