During that time, he met some Dragon Ball characters, such as Nam and King Chapa, who was already older.
After winning every martial arts tournament that existed on Earth, Yamcha had a huge amount of money in his account.
70 million Zeni.
Enough money for at least two generations if invested wisely.
The first thing Yamcha did was pay off his debts, then he moved out of his old apartment and bought a mansion in Orange City to get away from Bulma and Vegeta.
After all that, Yamcha still has 50 million Zeni in his bank account, which is enough to live the rest of his life without having to work.

Yamcha wakes up to the sound of the phone ringing. Puar answers and says:
"Yamcha, it's Bulma, she wants to talk to you." Puar says.
Yamcha gets out of bed, picks up the phone, and asks:
"Hi Bulma, what do you want with me?" Yamcha asks.
Bulma, on the other end of the phone line, asks:
"Why did you leave West City? Was it Vegeta who threatened you?" Bulma asks.
Yamcha then replies:
"No, I left West City because I decided to start a new life far away from you and Vegeta. I will never trust him; I will always remember my death and the deaths of Chiaotzu, Tien, and Piccolo. One day I'll have a reckoning with Vegeta, and maybe you'll hate me for the rest of your life. I don't care, I'm going to defeat Vegeta, no matter what." Yamcha replies.
Bulma then replies furiously:
"How can you want to get revenge on Vegeta for your own mistake? I'm going to have the cards I gave you deactivated!" Bulma replies.
Yamcha laughs and says:
"You can deactivate the cards, I won't need them anymore." Yamcha says.
Bulma then replies furiously:
"I don't care if you keep begging on the streets of Orange City, you're free to do whatever you want now!!!" Bulma replies.
Yamcha then says:
"I'm not your little puppy, Bulma. You'll be even angrier with me when you see the surprise I have in store for all of you." Yamcha says.
Bulma abruptly hangs up the phone, and Yamcha gives a slight smile and says:
"This is just the beginning, Bulma, you'll have a surprise on May 12th, and probably your husband too." Yamcha says.
Puar then asks:
"Do you still want to get revenge on Vegeta for what happened almost five years ago?" Puar asks.
Yamcha hangs up the phone and replies:
"One day I will get my revenge on Vegeta; for now, I have no interest in fighting him, but the day will come when I will." Yamcha replies.
Puar then says:
"Just don't let yourself be consumed by anger." Puar says.
The phone rings again, and this time Yamcha answers and asks:
"Hello, this is Yamcha speaking, do you want to talk to me about something?" Yamcha asks.
Then a female voice replies:
"You're very different now, maybe you need to activate the others, I didn't expect a human to become so strong." The female voice replies.
Upon hearing the female voice, Yamcha knows exactly who it is: it's Android 21 from Dragon Ball FighterZ.
Somehow she is active in this timeline, unlike in the game where she was responsible for creating clones of the Z Fighters and the villains.
Yamcha then replies seriously:
"I don't know who you are, but know that I won't let innocent people die; I'll end this before you even know it." Yamcha replies.
Android 21 laughs and says:
"You are a very strong human, but your strength is still below ours. You are extremely powerful for an ordinary human, but you are not prepared for what is to come." Android 21 says.
Yamcha then says:
"You're underestimating me, I have a surprise that will change everything, get ready for something you're not expecting." Yamcha says.
Android 21 then says:
"I'll be waiting for you on May 12th, don't disappoint me Yamcha, for now, live your last moments of peace." Android 21 says.
Android 21 turns off the phone and Yamcha is surprised.

That's your surprise, you and a good portion of the Dragon Ball fandom have a crush on Android 18, Android 21, and Vados. Vados is an angel of the God of Destruction from Universe 6; if you defeat Champa, there's a tiny chance she'll give you a chance. Android 18 is Krillin's wife, you wouldn't be so despicable as to steal the future wife of one of your friends, would you, Yamcha?
Android 21 is the perfect woman for you, Yamcha. She's beautiful, she's strong, and best of all, she has infinite stamina, and you know what that means, hehehe.
Is she as evil as Android 18 from Trunks' timeline?
I wouldn't put a murderous villainess in the timeline where Yamcha became a Saiyan; it wouldn't make his future relationship any easier. Think of it like Krillin and Android 18. She might be very strong, and perhaps that's why she finds you attractive, just as Android 18 saw something in Krillin; maybe she sees something in you too.
Now stop with that big smile, Puar thinks it's strange.

Yamcha then stops smiling, keeps a serious face, and orders:
"Puar, can you go get Turles' magic scouter? I need to see something." Yamcha orders.
Puar agrees and goes to the bag where the fruits of the Tree of Might and Turles' magic scouter were.
A few seconds pass and Puar brings Turles' magic scouter.
Yamcha activates the magic scouter and then, in a few seconds, Yamcha breaks out in a cold sweat and says to Puar:
"This scouter is indicating that there is someone here on Earth with a power level of 550 million, and it's not Goku." Yamcha says.
Puar was terrified; there was someone stronger than Goku.
Yamcha then says:
"May 12th will be a day that will change everything we know about Reb Ribbon." Yamcha says.
