Kyle stepped out of the Realm and into the real world.
The moment his feet touched solid ground, he reached for his inventory. Black sparks swirled around him, and the Eclipse Shroud materialized from his inventory over his shoulders.
He pulled the hood up.
Darkness swallowed his face. His form dissolved into shadow. Only his crimson eyes remained visible — two eyes of crimson light burning in the void.
The hood was not just for show. It hid his presence completely, since there might be Zodiac agents here right now watching the place.
Even the Towers hadn't been able to sense him through it. Against ordinary agents, it was practically invisible.
He crouched low, scanning the forest around him.
"Where are we going?" Vyle's voice echoed in his head.
Kyle didn't answer immediately. His eyes swept the treeline one more time. Nothing moved.
Then he spoke. His voice was distorted, twisted by the Eclipse Shroud's magic — wrong in every way.
"You already know."
