In the last months I trained after that sometimes I learned how to cook and other all the time i spent with amy and mother
Mother didn't around every moment but when she have free time she spent that time with us and sometimes she came to the training ground to check our progress and give some pointers and finally day of awakening came it tomorrow im anticipating this day for long time but when i finally going to awaken im little scared because what if i awaken a low talent or no element i know even if i got a low talent my family don't abandon me but i really want a good talent for the future
After coming out of the thought process i went to the dinner table for dinner and i saw my mother already sitting in the dinner table and amy come with me to the table and sit down beside me
My mother ask "are you excited about the awakening son after all you waiting for this day for long ago"
Amy to ask "what do you feel now your awakening is tomorrow are you excited for tomorrow"
I think for moment and reply truthfully "yha im excited but now i feel a little scared because if i got a low talent my future is going to be hard but i hope i gat a suitable talent and element from my awakening" in this world talent is random it have a part to do with genetics but their case of people who parents are talentless got a better talent then them so it decided on luck and genetics i thought in silence
My mom saw my worries and say "it doesn't matter what talent you awaken you are my son even if it low I trained you to become stronger and nobody can do anything to you under my protection so don't worry about that what you awaken you are hard work doesn't betray you so don't worry son"
Amy to chime in "yha no matter what you are my brother even if you gat a low talent im protected you don't worry" she said with a big smile
I know even if i got a low talent my family have my back but hearing from their mouth i feel a warm feeling inside my heart so i look at them and say "thank you mom,amy" i said with a emotional tone
Amy only smille and mom look at me and ensure that im going to be fine
After that we resumed eating amy bring the conversation about my cooking progress and ask "so gray when are you going to let your sister taste your cooking you practice over month now and you didn't let me eat one bit and i heard that head chef praise you for your skill when you start to cook you ask me to be your food taster what happened to that"she ask with a expected look
After hearing this my mom too ask "oh so how's the progress of your little cooking adventure im curious too" she said with a rare smile
I look at them "don't make fun of me you just wait im still learning different techniques and dishes how to make they're not yet good enough to let you guys to eat and i didn't even make a proper meal alone i just make food most of the work done by chef, after i make a dish completely my self then i let you guys eat"i said dramatically to mother and amy
They just laughed at my antics and say "ok then we wait for you meal little chef" my mom teased me
Amy too keep fun of me but all the jokes are within a limited and besides they know i can take a joke so they didn't hold back much when it came to make fun of me
After the dinner we say our good night and left for our room
When I entered to my room I changed into night clothes and went to the bed and gat try to sleep but only thing in my mind is the awakening im keep thinking about it thinking what possibly could happen tomorrow after a quarter of a hour i feel into the dream land
And i woke up around 6.15 a.m and take a shower and put on some nice clothes after that i stap out from the room about my bed these things are maids haddel so i dont need to worry about that so i went to take my breakfast and i saw mom and amy already at dining table so i joined too and greet to the mother and sister and sit down
Mom asked "do you ready for your awakening after the breakfast let's start your awakening so follow me" she instructed
I nodded at her and amy too nodded because she to coming to witness my awakening
Usually someone need to awaken they need to go to adventure guild or church but mom already prepared for everything for me to awaken so I don't want to go anywhere
So we resumed our eating and after finishing the breakfast mother lead the way and me and amy followed her obediently
Mother lead to a room and i look around the room and saw it like a training room or more like meditating room in the middle of the room their is a object look like a round rock in this world thos thing called awakening stone there not many in the world but of course my mother can obtain anything she wants is it contained in the kingdom
My mother told me to go and touch the stone and try to call status so I went to the middle of the room and touch the stone and i feel rush of mana seeping into my body and got a new found strength chorusing through my body and i felt light then before as if i can fly then i call out "status" and luminous blue screen came infront of my eyes and it contained the information about me and what rank i am what rank is my talent and what element i control and many details
After checking the details i head thought the amy and my mother i put on a disappointed look on my face
Amy saw my face and told "it's ok if you got a low talent so don't look so disappointed gray…." She tried to comfort me
Mother to seem little concerned about me and tried to talk when i changed my whole expression and smiled at them and told "im just joking i got a SS+ talent and i got three elements so don't worry"
After hearing that amy got mad and hit my head with her hand and say "don't scare us like that gray next time im going to beat you up humph…" she said but she smiled brightly she really happy for my awakening result
Even the mother realized that I fooled them but she didn't do anything she just smiled at our antics and mom ask "what elements you got"
So i chose to demonstrate them so i formed a little snowflake and show her
Before she say anything amy chime in and say "wow we both got the same element we can train together in the future yha.."
Mom nodded at her and say to me "it a good element what is the other two" she ask curiosity, so i try to manifest the other element too when i use it i feel iron in my mouth and blood gush out from my mouth and i lose consciousness before i fell into the flow my mom cach me and ask worried tone "what wrong sone" that the last thing i heard before losing my consciousness
