Chapter 487 - Chapter 487 Sensei, Are You Really Determined to Go All Out Against Me?

Hashirama followed closely, shouting loudly, "Everyone be careful!"

Although Hashirama verbally warned everyone, he had no control over his body.

His hands uncontrollably clapped together, Chakra surging between his palms.

"Wood Release: Wood Dragon Technique!"

A giant wood dragon burst from the ground at the Ten-Tails' feet, rising straight up.

Its body was no smaller than that of a Tailed Beast, and it charged roaring towards the crowd.

Obito stood atop the Ten-Tails, his Rinnegan watching the battlefield below. He was calculating the plan in his mind.

Although he was now the possessor of the Rinnegan, his heart still bore the Cursed Seal placed by Madara while alive, restricting his actions.

That being the case, he would first have to find a way to remove the Cursed Seal, and then become the Ten-Tails' Jinchuriki.

Since that was the plan, he needed to create chaos on the battlefield and find someone to attack his heart in order to break the seal.

Obito's gaze swept across the Allied Forces, searching for a suitable target.

Just as Obito was searching for a suitable 'seal-breaker' among the Allied Forces, unexpectedly to everyone, the young girl next to Makoto stepped forward.

Hyuga Hinata!

She put her hands together, fingertips touching, forming a triangle.

"Silver Wheel Reincarnation Explosion."

As her voice fell, a silver spiral storm burst from her palm.

The violent silver wind tore at the descending Wood Dragon, peeling it apart from the head, shredding it piece by piece, wood shavings falling from the sky like snowflakes.

The Wood Dragon opened its mouth to bite Hinata, but the silver wind poured into its mouth, blowing its head apart from the inside.

The Wood Dragon's body twisted and broke apart in the silver wind, scattering into countless wood shavings across the battlefield.

The two Uchiha on the Ten-Tails' head and the successive Hokages all looked at Hinata with expressions of disbelief.

None of them expected that such a seemingly fragile young girl could break the Wood Dragon Technique that could even suppress the Nine-Tails.

Hashirama was stunned, not expecting his Wood Dragon Technique to be broken so quickly, and by a little girl.

"Go."

Makoto gave the order again.

The climax of this Fifth Great Ninja War finally began.

The Ten-Tails' ten tails danced wildly above the battlefield, each swing leaving a deep trench several miles long on the ground.

Obito's Rinnegan watched the Allied Forces below, his gaze piercing through the smoke and dust, precisely locking onto Makoto standing at the very front.

The reason Obito had kept the Six Paths of Konoha until the end was to use them to occupy Makoto, the most troublesome existence.

Those women, those subordinates, those Tailed Beasts… all could be handled by Madara, White Zetsu, and the Akatsuki.

Only Makoto required all Six Paths of Konoha from Konoha to attack together.

Not because Obito thought six people were needed to defeat Makoto, but because he needed time to become the Ten-Tails' Jinchuriki.

"Attack." Obito's voice came from beneath his mask.

Instantly, the Second to Fourth Hokage, Konoha's White Fang Hatake Sakumo, and Shisui the Body Flicker all launched attacks at Makoto simultaneously.

Hashirama clapped his hands together, dense Chakra surging from his body.

The barren wasteland on the battlefield instantly sprouted massive trees, bursting from the ground, squeezing from rock crevices, growing between grains of sand, turning into a dense sea of trees within just a few seconds, spreading towards the Allied Forces and Makoto.

Tobirama's hand seal speed was so fast even the Mangekyo Sharingan could barely track it.

He took a deep breath and spewed a water dragon like a giant serpent from his mouth, the water dragon circling once in mid-air before opening its massive mouth and charging at Makoto.

Although Hiruzen was the weakest among the Six Paths of Konoha from Konoha, he excelled in knowing all five elemental natures.

He alternately formed hand seals, spewing a fire dragon from his mouth and immediately following with a Wind Release.

The combination of wind and fire merged into an even more violent assault.

Minato raised a Big Ball Rasengan above his head, instantly vanishing from his spot, reappearing the next second above Makoto's head, the Rasengan smashing down towards Makoto's head.

Sakumo's muscles bulged, Lightning Release Chakra covered the blade of his short sword, emitting a blinding electric light.

His body leaned forward slightly, vanishing from his spot, reappearing behind Makoto, the short sword stabbing towards the back of his heart.

Shisui condensed his green Susanoo in mid-air, swinging his sword down at Makoto. The falling sword light split into countless tiny Chakra needles in flight, raining down like a storm of pear blossoms.

Six Kage-level attacks, all aimed at Makoto.

Hashirama shouted at Makoto while unleashing his technique: "Young man, look out!"

The next moment, the six attacks crashed down.

With a deafening roar, everything within several miles turned to dust.

A giant mushroom cloud rose from the ground.

Hashirama watched the mushroom cloud soaring into the sky and couldn't help but worry: "Is that young man alright?"

Tobirama stood beside him, arms crossed, speaking indifferently: "As the current commander of the Allied Forces, surely he can withstand an attack of this level, right?"

Although the information they had was still quite limited, their understanding of this era restricted to fragments overheard from Obito and members of the Akatsuki.

But from the attitude of the Government Allied Forces towards Makoto earlier, both Hashirama and Tobirama could tell he was the representative of this era.

What concerned Tobirama more, however, was the look he had just seen in Tsunade's eyes when she looked at that kid. It was a bit off.

Tobirama frowned deeply.

'Could those two be in that kind of relationship?'

Thinking this, Tobirama, a lifelong bachelor who died alone, had a somewhat subtle expression.

If it were true, then his grandniece was seriously robbing the cradle.

Just then, a roar came from within the mushroom cloud. A pitch-black Susanoo swung a chainsaw, splitting the mushroom cloud in two.

The black chainsaw slashed out from the smoke, so fast that even Shisui with his Mangekyo Sharingan could only catch a blurry dark shadow, dodging instinctively.

The others managed okay.

But among the Six Paths of Konoha, Hiruzen, the weakest, couldn't dodge at all.

By the time he saw the dark shadow slashing towards him, his body was already unable to move in time.

Although the Edo Tensei body was lighter than when alive, he was already old enough when he died, and the Makoto before him was not on the same level as Orochimaru had been back then.

The black chainsaw swept across Hiruzen's waist, cutting him cleanly in half.

His upper half flew away, while his lower half remained standing.

"Susanoo?"

Tobirama was startled, staring at the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan in Makoto's eye sockets within the Susanoo.

Countless thoughts raced through Tobirama's mind.

He remembered that this kid's surname was Nishikawa, not Uchiha.

Besides, even with a transplanted Sharingan, a non-Uchiha body couldn't freely activate and deactivate the Sharingan. He had just seen that this kid had normal eyes, so how did they suddenly turn into Mangekyo Sharingan?

"Oh dear, Sensei, you're quite pathetic, aren't you?"

Makoto couldn't help but taunt.

In the original work, the Konoha's four Hokage, reanimated by Orochimaru via Edo Tensei, also rushed to the battlefield.

Among them, Hashirama, Tobirama, and Minato each performed brilliantly.

Only Hiruzen, from beginning to end, did nothing of note whatsoever.

He was just that pathetic.

Unexpectedly, even though the plot had changed so much, Hiruzen's fate of dragging the team down still hadn't changed.

Fortunately, Hiruzen's current body was an Edo Tensei, capable of self-repair.

Grey-white dust regrew at the cut, and within just two or three seconds, he was restored.

But it was still clearly visible that the 'Strongest Hokage in History' had a rather unpleasant look on his face.

The other Six Paths of Konoha continued their attacks.

Ultimate Water Release Ninjutsu poured down like a torrential storm.

Wood Release vines burst from the ground, coiling around the ankles of the chainsaw Susanoo.

Flying Thunder God attacks stabbed from every angle, each one striking directly at the gaps in Susanoo's armor.

The sword strikes of the green Susanoo and the slashes of the short sword alternated, each attack carrying enough force to split a mountain.

Yet they still could not penetrate Makoto's defense.

Although the energy armor of the Susanoo had more and more cracks, Makoto never fought back.

He did not come or go, just stood there, allowing the Six Paths of Konoha to attack him in turns.

Tobirama, who had devoted his whole life to dealing with the Uchiha, couldn't help but remark: 'This kid's Susanoo defense is even greater than Madara's.'

Makoto was in no hurry at all, continuing to control Susanoo to engage them.

Hashirama was getting a little flustered.

His uncontrollable body clapped his hands together.

He directly brought out Wood Release: Wood Human Technique.

The Wood Human, comparable to a Complete Body Susanoo, smashed its fists down on Makoto's second-form Susanoo, but it still didn't budge.

"Hey, young man!"

Hashirama shouted at Makoto, "Hurry up and defeat us! You still need to stop that Uchiha kid with half a face from becoming the Ten-Tails' Jinchuriki, don't you?"

Makoto just smiled slightly, offering no response.

The Susanoo opened its enormous mouth wide, the black chainsaw raised once more.

Makoto leisurely began chatting with Hiruzen, who had summoned the Adamantine Staff.

"Oh, Sensei, you don't look too good. You wouldn't be thinking of revealing the truth, would you?"

The Adamantine Staff in Hiruzen's hand was bitten by the fanged maw of the Susanoo, the staff's surface creaking under the pressure of the teeth.

He gripped the other end of the staff with both hands, pulling back with all his strength. Susanoo shook its head, flinging Hiruzen, staff and all, away.

Boom.

Hiruzen was slammed hard into the ground, smashing a human-shaped crater several meters deep into the earth.

Even Konohamaru, far away fighting the White Zetsu army, saw this and couldn't help but cover his face and sigh: "Grandpa is so embarrassing."

Makoto smilingly watched the flustered Hiruzen and said: "You, old man, are the one most afraid of the truth being revealed, aren't you?"

Makoto's tone was light, continuing: "How about I tell everyone about how these two died?"

As he said this, Makoto looked towards Shisui and Sakumo, who were also constantly attacking.

Shisui's offensive paused briefly, and Sakumo's brow furrowed slightly.

Hiruzen's expression completely changed.

Judging from the attitude of the Ninja Allied Forces earlier, he was still regarded as a hero after his death.

'Professor of Ninjutsu', 'Strongest Hokage in History', 'Hero who died protecting Konoha'… those young Ninjas still spoke his name with a hint of reverence.

If the truth about the deaths of these two people were made public, his reputation would be completely ruined.
