Raiyu shuts her eyes. Trying her best to hide her face away from Mizuki.
"I saw what the villagers did to you"
Raiyu eyes open wide in disbelief, turning back to Mizuki.
"But this is not the right way to end things, Raiyu chan"
"No Mizuki san, this is not-" Raiyu tries to plea her case.
"Its okay Raiyu chan, you dont have to go through this alone anymore" Mizuki's comment made the demon girl steps back.
"No... please stop" Raiyu covers her ears, trying to fend herself from Mizuki's persuasion.
Meanwhile Daisuke take advantage of the Chiikikou's divided attention to wiggle his way out of the chains binding him. Creating the Barikkurai's in his free hands, he rotates them around his wrist to cut off the chains.
"Dont speak anymore of it" Raiyu starts raising her voice. Her steps more imbalanced and uncoordinated, ever retreating.
"Raiyu chan did nothing wrong and yet everyone was so mean to you"
"STOP IT!!" Raiyu lashes out. Firing off a couple Reihado in Mizuki's general direction. A warning, or perhaps a misfire.
Mizuki shields herself, and seeing that, Raiyu grow more anxious "please... dont come any closer"
Mizuki hesitates at first, but then takes a step forward.
