Senor Pink raised both of his fists and spoke.
Frank stood in front of him, holding a rapier in his right hand. He silently channeled the vibrational force into the rapier before using Shave.

His body distorted for a moment before it disappeared from Senor's point of view, but Senor was an exceptional fighter from the Grandline.
He heard the airflow around him and threw a punch towards his right.
That's exactly the place where Frank appeared, thrusting his rapier. The punch and the rapier collided.
Suddenly. Senor grabbed the rapier with his hand, drawing some blood from his palm as he pulled Frank closer.
Before Frank could react, Senor threw a punch into his gut.

That punch was devastating for Frank. It almost dislocated his inner organs, and his body collided with a large building before coming to a stop.

Frank coughed up some blood and quickly got up.

Looking at the blood dripping from his palm, Frank realized this opponent wasn't a coward or even an ordinary fighter.
This man was his first strong opponent, someone he must defeat with all of his strength.
"I'm sorry for underestimating you. I will not do it again."
Frank apologized before closing his eyes. A layer of vibrational force emerged from his body, attaching itself to the rapier as he flickered.

In an instant, he appeared behind Senor Pink, while in mid-air, he slashed his rapier toward Senor's neck.
But the ground suddenly changed, and Senor dropped underground.
"Not this time!"
Frank pulled his hand back and thrusted the tip of his sword into the ground. At the same time, an extremely powerful force burst out of his body.
It was a blue energy that burst out of his body, and combined with the vibrational force generated by his body, it exploded in quantity.

Senor asked.

Confused by his move, Senor kept his senses on, trying to sense his movements.
But Senor wasn't an Observation Haki user. So, he didn't know what Frank was doing.
As Frank moved around Senor, his body started vibrating through the walls and buildings.
He kept running, generating more and more vibrational force in his body, and using Hasshoken to control that vibrational force.
As he poured it into his rapier, his weapon started glowing with blue energy.
Although Senor didn't understand what he was doing, Senor saw the glow and his eyes immediately got serious.
'No, I can't just wait here.'
Senor thought to himself and started swimming on the ground as he rushed towards Frank.
Then, it became a chase where Senor was chasing after Frank, who was generating and storing more vibrational force inside his rapier.
Suddenly, Frank stopped and jumped.
Senor passed him, but he also quickly stopped, raising his head. His eyes narrowed when he saw Frank swinging his rapier towards him.
Rapier was a thrusting weapon, but vibrational force allowed Frank to use it like a sword.
He landed on the ground, and the rapier went straight for Senor's head.
Senor jumped on his hands, clutched the ground, and raised it towards Frank.
Bang!
When Senor's hand left the ground, it suddenly hardened into a solid defense above his head, but that piece of ground shattered upon contact with the rapier.
Suddenly, Frank's body went underground, and he crossed several meters before coming out of the ground.
When he came out, he was standing behind Senor. Gathering all of the vibrational force into the tip of his rapier, he thrusted it forward.

His rapier pierced through the air, and the vibrational force burst out of the tip. But before the tip could touch Senor, his body dived into the ground.
Just when he did that, Frank smirked and twisted his wrist.
All of that vibrational force went straight underground.

The entire underground started shaking violently. Even Senor couldn't swim underground during this kind of quake.
But he couldn't come out either. His body was colliding with quakes released by Frank's attack.
After nearly a minute, the quakes stopped, and Senor finally came out, but his entire body was covered in blood.
He looked at Frank and said.
"You win!"
He folded his hands and stood without moving.
"Give me a proper death!"
Frank paused. He did want to finish this with a single thrust, but he remembered his Captain praising this guy.
His Captain only named him once, and from then on, he only called him a True Man.
He didn't understand why, but looking at his attitude towards something like death, he understood it a little.
'If you win and decide to let him live, force him to give up being a pirate.'
When he thought about it, Frank couldn't help but ponder.
'Did Captain predict I would let him go?'
Then, he shook his head.
'No, he was Miya's opponent. He wasn't even expecting me to fight him. So, it's not a prediction. It's understanding.'
'Well, since Captain thinks he is worth living, then I can spare him.'
He slowly placed the rapier back into the sheath and said.
"No need!"
Senor Pink's eyes darkened.
"Are you kidding me? I just saw your teammate kill Machvise. So, why are you showing kindness towards me?"
"Hey, idiot! Do you really want to die that much?"
Frank couldn't help but scold him.
Señor paused and closed his eyes.
He couldn't help but remember a girl he met some time ago. But they hadn't even talked. He had only watched her from afar.
"No!"
Hearing that, Frank grinned.
"I can let you live, but on one condition. Give up being a pirate! Find a new life to live!"
Senor Pink paused for a moment and asked.
"Can you tell me why you are letting me live? Your previous attack was truly meant to kill me. You didn't show any mercy before."
"Because my Captain thinks you should live a normal life of a Bank Manager."
Saying so, he turned around, but his expression grimaced.
'Do you really think I can win without going all out? That bastard almost destroyed my inner organs in his first attack.'
'Then, every time I use my Devil Fruit, the damage spreads more. Sure enough! Without a strong body, this ability can be a double-edged power.'
On the other hand, Senor dragged his injured body towards the shore where their ship was stationed.
As he was moving, he saw the girl fighting Lao G. Seeing her fight him on equal ground despite Lao G being stronger than her made him understand one thing.
