"What are you doing? Haha! Of course, I'm here to capture you. Hmph, how dare you interfere and get us both expelled from school? You'll pay for this!" Liu Shaofeng's face twisted into a sinister grin, making him look like a despicable and cunning villain. The terrifying sight sent Qin Yuan recoiling in fear. She had never seen such a monstrous expression before. Frozen between panic and vigilance, she took two more steps back, her eyes darting warily at Liu Shaofeng.
Oblivious to her fear, Liu Shaofeng shouted at his henchmen to charge at Qin Yuan. They planned to openly abduct her from the school gates. Liu Shaofeng was certain that if Su Ming was a real man, he would come to her rescue, knowing Su Ming owed her a great debt.
Of course, if Su Ming proved cowardly, Liu Shaofeng wouldn't worry about getting revenge. With Young Master Dong of the Red Sea Gang controlling the port, revenge was inevitable. Their immediate goal was to capture Qin Yuan. Once they had her, Young Master Dong could simply order his thugs to take Su Ming down, and they could finally settle the score!
"Get away from me, you bastards! Don't come near me! I'll scream for help if you don't! Aren't you afraid?" Qin Yuan, realizing they had no qualms about approaching her, tried to deter Yun Yong and his men by threatening to call for help.
Her words proved useless. Two of the thugs lunged forward and seized her arms, while another gripped her legs and began lifting her toward the Ferrari. Truly terrified, Qin Yuan cried out, "Help! Someone save me! Beat these thugs off!"
"Hmph! Keep screaming! It won't do you any good! Get her in the car!" Yun Yong sneered, quickly ordering his men to lift Qin Yuan into the vehicle. The red Ferrari's door swung open as the three men shoved her inside.
The girls who had walked out with Qin Yuan earlier watched in terror. They stood rooted to the spot, too afraid to speak, covering their mouths and staring blankly as the thugs abducted Qin Yuan.
"Hey! You over there! What do you think you're doing? Kidnapping a student from my school?" A School Guard finally noticed the commotion and shouted from a distance at Liu Shaofeng and his group. Three guards, armed with short batons, charged toward the scene.
The School Guards ran swiftly, arriving at the vehicles just as they were about to start. One guard immediately struck the driver's side window of the first van with his short baton. The impact shattered the glass, startling the driver inside. The guard ignored his fear and swung again, smashing the man's face. Blood sprayed out like a crimson stain, drenching the interior in a gruesome spectacle.
"Damn it!"
Yun Yong's expression turned icy as he saw the guards blocking their escape. "Quick! Hit them! Otherwise, we'll never get out of here!"
The second van roared to life and rammed into the three guards. *Thud! Thud! Thud!* The impact sent them flying to the ground, where they lay writhing in agony.
"Haha! You motherfuckers! Think you're so tough just because you're School Guards? We've crippled you, haven't we?" Liu Shaofeng cackled, his face flushed with triumph, showing no remorse for the consequences.
Both men had been bullied by Ning Chen before, and they harbored a deep resentment toward the guards. Now was their chance for revenge!
Before anyone knew it, a crowd had gathered. The students standing nearby watched the scene of the school guard being knocked down with terrified expressions. It was too cruel—something no human would do!
"Let's go!" Liu Shaofeng ordered.
"Where are you taking me?" Qin Yuan demanded, glaring at the group.
"You'll find out when we get there. Someone wants to see you. We're just doing his bidding," Yun Yong replied indifferently.
At that moment, Su Ming and Tian Keke approached the school gate and noticed the large crowd. Su Ming immediately scanned the area and spotted Qin Yuan sitting anxiously inside a Ferrari. He remembered she usually went home in a different car, often driven by that wealthy woman. But now, she wasn't in her usual Lamborghini, and her face was a mixture of fear and anger. Su Ming immediately suspected she was in danger.
Recalling the day's events, Su Ming knew this was Liu Shaofeng and his group retaliating. Because Qin Yuan had helped him, they were now settling the score.
"Hold my backpack for me! I'm going to save her!" Su Ming tossed his bag to Tian Keke and sprinted toward the car.
Liu Shaofeng spotted him at the same time, his eyes instantly burning with hatred. He didn't get out of the car, but shouted across the distance to Su Ming with a cold sneer, "It's too late! Qin Yuan is already in our car. You won't make it in time to save her. Once we hand her over to Young Master Dong, we'll come back to settle the score with you."
With that, Liu Shaofeng turned to the driver of the van ahead and barked, "Get out of here immediately! Don't let this kid catch up!"
"Got it!" The van lurched forward.
"Hmph! Time slow!" Su Ming remotely activated his time-slowing superpower. The van's driver cried out in alarm as he realized the vehicle was suddenly crawling, its initial burst of speed inexplicably reduced to a snail's pace.
Bewildered and panicked, Liu Shaofeng yelled, "What the hell? Speed up! That kid's closing in!"
"I don't know! The car just won't go any faster!" The driver was utterly frustrated. *Did I just see a ghost in broad daylight?*
With the van stuck in front and the Ferrari trapped behind, the two men were furious. If not for the School Guards' interference, they would have already taken Qin Yuan and left the school!
"Su Ming! Save me! I'm scared!" Qin Yuan cried out to Su Ming, her face pale. She had figured out their sudden move—after she helped Su Ming resolve the day's fight, these guys had come back for revenge.
"Don't worry! I won't let them get away with this!" Su Ming declared, having already caught up. He wouldn't let these guys escape the school.
"Damn it! Get out of the car and take him down with your knives! With weapons in hand, there's no way we'll lose to him empty-handed!" Liu Shaofeng shouted at the people in the car. A dozen men, who had been preparing knives in the workshop, rushed out of the vehicle and charged at Su Ming, their gleaming blades sending shivers down the spine.
Su Ming's expression turned grave. He might not have feared a bare-handed confrontation, but facing real weapons made him flinch back several steps, sensing the sudden, life-threatening shift in the situation.
"Kill him! Then we'll get our revenge!" Liu Shaofeng roared, gripping his intact left hand around a long blade. He lunged at Su Ming and swung wildly!
From the other directions, Yun Yong and his dozen men also attacked, instantly cornering Su Ming. Su Ming's face paled. Despite using his acceleration ability, he couldn't counterattack from his current position. Daring not to face the blades head-on, he used his full speed to leap backward with desperate agility, narrowly evading the enemy's sharp blades.
Since Su Ming hadn't used his acceleration superpower, his sudden backward leap was uncontrolled. He stumbled and fell to the ground, giving his enemy the perfect opportunity. Liu Shaofeng wouldn't let such a chance to eliminate Su Ming slip away. With a gleeful grin, he charged forward, knife raised. "You're dead, you little shit! Watch me carve you up!"
As he spoke, Liu Shaofeng swung his knife down at Su Ming's body. Su Ming's heart pounded in his chest. *Oh no, I'm going to get stabbed!*
In the distance, Tian Keke trembled with fear. The situation had escalated too quickly, completely overwhelming Su Ming's ability to react. He was flustered and disoriented!
"Hey, Su Ming, you're pathetic! You were so tough this morning! How are you getting bullied now?" Ye Siwen's voice suddenly rang out. Having rushed to the scene from outside the school, he'd already sprinted toward Su Ming when he fell. With a mocking laugh, he threw a punch that sent Liu Shaofeng flying backward just as the knife was about to strike. Liu Shaofeng cried out in pain as he rolled across the ground.
"Teacher...?" Su Ming looked over and saw Ye Siwen holding a suit in his right hand and having just delivered a powerful punch with his left, saving him from the crisis.
