Chapter 161 - Chapter 161 Worthy Estate 2

Time came before winter.

Inside the main building of Worsis Estate.

"Ah! My noble and kind master, may you be happy every day, have endless delicious food, and have countless riches in every warehouse."

The servant Arthur, who had just returned from an unknown valley, showered his master, Earl Worsis, with praise, fearing he would run out of things to say later.

Count Vouchis was eating oranges he'd somehow gotten his hands on, and looking at his servant Arthur, who had returned so quickly, his eyes were full of satisfaction.

He threw the remaining oranges to Arthur.

"Not bad, you got back pretty quickly. You did a good job this time. Here's half an orange for you."

Arthur picked up the orange from the ground with trembling hands; oranges were definitely a luxury item here.

However, he had no appetite for anything, no matter how good it was, but Count Vouchis was watching him, so he had no choice but to break off a piece and put it in his mouth.

The sweet and sour taste of oranges is wonderful, but to him it tastes like chewing wax.

Count Worsis nodded in satisfaction.

"Have all the items been put in the warehouse?"

"Oh, my noble and kind master, I regret to inform you of this. We have been robbed."

Upon hearing this, Earl Worsis jumped up from his chair.

"Arthurs, do you know? Your jokes aren't funny."

"Yes, my noble and kind master, it's not funny, but it really happened."

Arthurs lowered his head, trying to stand as straight as possible.

"You idiot, you pig, you brain-dead freak, tell me what's going on first!"

After Count Vouches finished cursing, he kicked his servant Arthur to the ground.

Arthur tumbled several times, enduring the excruciating pain as he crawled to Count Worsis's feet. His head was spinning; the kick had been quite powerful.

He didn't have time to carefully organize his thoughts before he started speaking.

"It was an afternoon..."

"Bang!"

Another kick sent Arthur sprawling onto his back on the ground once more.

"You son of a bitch, hurry up and give me a concise answer."

Count Vouches was furious. The servant who had seemed somewhat agreeable just moments before now looked utterly repulsive.

Arthurs was now extremely flustered, his head spinning even more. It was indeed an afternoon, but he dared not say it now.

He tried to clear his head. In fact, he had already prepared his words in the valley, but seeing Count Vorsis made him a little flustered and nervous.

He got up again and went to Earl Worthy's feet.

"My noble and kind master is a despicable barbarian. Those barbarians found the large ship somewhere and launched a sneak attack from the lakeside, just when I was not in the valley."

Count Worthy was puzzled: Barbarians? How did those barbarians know there were silver mines over there? Did they come from the lakeside? Where did their ships come from?

If it was really the barbarians who did it, then those barbarians deserve to die. Not only do they harass him from land, but now they're coming from the water to steal his things.

Count Vouches' clenched fists cracked.

Hearing the sound of a clenched fist, Arthas trembled with fear, but he felt somewhat relieved, as it seemed his master's attention had shifted to the barbarian.

"I will make those barbarians pay the price." Count Vorsis glanced at his servant, Athers.

"How much ore and workers are left?"

"My noble and kind master has lost everything."
