The rice was fresh from the kitchen and still carried the hot steam of a newly cooked meal. The aroma of the rice was enough to cause the poor waiter to twitch his nose as he carried it over, but, alas. He could not have any!
The life of a waiter was so pitiful~
"Your meals..." The waiter said as he set it down and swiftly slinked away as though to avoid the glorious aroma.
"Thank you~" Tian Hua thanked the fleeing waiter with a smile on her face.
It was that smile that came from the depths if the heart when one was given good food.
"Mmn..." Xiao Shen took the first bite and leaned his head backwards in delight.
