Returning to class Albert was met by his peers.
"So what did All Might wanted to say!" said Denki.
"Did you get in trouble!" said Mina.
"Was it serious?" Asked Kirishima.
"Come on! Spill it!" said Toru.
"It's personal." Albert nodded as he pushed through to his seat. "It's nothing to serious." Albert put on a light hearted demeanor.
Tsuyu noticed that something was off about Albert. His mood seemed find, but she felt he was… angry?
"Alright…" They all said returning to their seats.
A while later Aizawa entered with a stack of papers.
"Aight listen up." He dropped the stack onto his desk. "The school will be implementing a Dormitory System. We the faculty felt this is the right choice in taking a step forward for our students safety. It is required to continue attending U.A. and for those of you of less financial situations know that it will be free so long as you are a student of U.A. we will even give you three basic meals a day."
The whole class began to murmur with one another on this choice. For Albert however, he felt somewhat annoyed. He liked—
'Wait a minute. Is this why Kischur moved into my house!? God damn seer!'
When his handler, Herod, eventually got the news and papers for him to sign off on he was displeased but these are the policies.
After school Albert quickly left. Tsuyu wished to talk with him but didn't have the chance to.
"Do you think All Might having a talk with him is serious?" asked Mina.
"What do you think Tsuyu?" asked Uraraka.
"…" Tsuyu lips made a bit of a frown. "He has seemed off for a while."
"He is usually reserved." Momo said. "He seemed normal to me."
"He did say it was personal issues." Jiro added.
"Why not ask him out, Tsuyu?" Mina said bluntly. "You like him don't you?"
"!!" The entire friend group jolted from surprise.
They all look to Mina with a blushed face.
"What? I saw it on TV that an easy way to pick a guy up is to go on a date!"
"Hmm…" Tsuyu's face blushed even more.
"Come on!" Mina wrapped her arm around her. "We are gonna be living together under one roof, it's bound to happen eventually."
"M-maybe after everything is settled!" Tsuyu said half-assuredly.
Returning later than usual Albert arrived back at home.
"Here." He put down one of two reclining chairs. "This one is mine."
"Oh!" Kischur got up and walked up to it. "Mind helping me set it up?"
"Might as well. Say did you know about the dormitory situation?"
"More or less. It is a constant. Oh and while you were out I did you the honors of making your gear better."
"?" Albert looked to him flabbergasted. "What? Their all biometrically locked!"
"Magic." he waved his hands a bit. "I am a very old and experienced man who is not just a Magus, Magician but also a Wizard."
"There is a difference?"
"Yes but it's not important."
"Albert." Mélusine spoke up. "Shall we go and begin our plan? With the dormitory requirement we need to get a move on or else your movements will be read easily by that rat. Even if you accept his offer he won't be onboard releasing a criminal."
"Right… We move today after this reclining chair is set up."
"Do not take your gear." Kischur said. "I am working on other stuff for you, so you have to rely on things you acquire yourself."
"Fine by me. That was my plan. Ah I should call Handler."
He would call him and tell him the paper will be on the kitchen counter.
"Where you going?"
"I'm going to buy more model kits. Maybe eat out."
Kischur of course will make himself scarce when the time comes.
In the Kara Sea, just off the coast of Siberia lay a prison. A prison created by and ran by the UN meant to hold high dangerous villains from all walks of life and countries. These were villains who were wanted internationally for heinous crimes against either humanity or the world.
The prison in question was called Cocytus, after the Cocytus of Dante's Inferno. The prison is a panopticon with its shape was that of a satellite with eight wings and 20 floors. They would rotate the prisoners to a new room every day, their rooms in question are all bear with only the minimum left. That also goes for the prisoners as the doors to their cells are made special material-like glass to let one see into the cell and they all wear no clothes, this is also a co-ed prison, but the men and women are separated.
The prisoners move in and out of the main center and the inner walls through a tight corridor with no windows. There are also sensors in the cells to allow only one person, should there be more than one. The prisoners do, however, have two article of clothing, a collar placed tightly around their necks that can blow their heads clean off and a Quirk-Dampening Device of whatever their quirk manifests. So should there be more than one prisoner in a cell the collar will blow the one who shouldn't be in there.
This prison has no human rights, the people thrown in cannot be considered human anymore. It's inhabitants will not be released, will not be given any dignity nor any rights as humans. Not even the pleasure of taste nor pleasure of violence will be afforded to them.
Currently laying on her bed is a villain, a woman in her twenties of average build, and marginally above average height. She had very short azure, blue hair and eyes, the prison cuts their prisoners hair extremely short.
"Hm♪ Hm♪"
Azure was humming a tune, she wears a mask to restrict her ability to talk so it gives her a very mechanical almost autotune kind of voice.
"Shut the fuck up!" Shouted a prisoner.
"No~♪" Azure replied.
"Fucking bitch." She turned her body and placed her hands over her ears.
Azure liked the mask, despite how lovely her voice was Azure was tone deaf. The imprisoned cult leader continued to hum until she shortly began to fall aslee—
"Tell me."
"!!" Azure eyes shot open. It was a quiet, sultry voice that held a nobility, refinement of a knight, at least from the shows Azure had watched as a girl. "W-who are you?" She said softly. "You know they record our voices right?"
"You are Azure Seong?"
"Yes?" She turned around to see no one. "Oh… seems my mind began to leave me."
They don't do anything in prisoner, they simply wake up, eat breakfast in their cells and once done be given mouth wash before then leaving their cells and walking to their next cell which would be their new cell, hell they even just walk around and return to their current cell. They would spend a few hours in their cell doing what they want, which was basically nothing, until it was dinner time, and they would sleep only to resume the same routine the next day.
"Tell me, Azure, are you willing to bow your head in service of another?"
She rose an eyebrow.
"What do you mean? I am a workable person."
"My master will offer to you a deal. Get ready to run."
"What do—"
Suddenly the lights all cut off, and a faint coldness began to enter the prison.
Ding-Ding-Clink!
The binds that were placed on her fall off her mouth and neck. She saw the doors to her cell open up and to see the other prisoners also throw off their bondage and smile with joy.
"RAAAAAAAH!!!"
They all got out of their cells and rage forward towards freedom.
Azure ran and ran, she followed and helped her fellow prisoners fight the security who were all powerful quirk users themselves but with such an overwhelming amount of violence and thirst for fresh air they all quickly were overwhelmed and killed.
They fought their way out of the prison to the frigid harshness of Siberia. Most where still naked with the stronger ones wearing clothing, Azure was one such person using her quirk. Yet most welcomed this harsh cold over the ambient temperature of the prison, kept at the perfect temperature to ensure they couldn't even feel warm nor cold.
"Huff! Huff! Huff!" White breath leaves her lips as she scans the area.
The prison had four layers of metal walls with the prison guards aiming at them. But before they can fire a bullet, a strong, fierce gust of wind blew past the prisoners and into the wall.
KIRK-SLASH!!
KIRK-SLASH!!
KIRK-SLASH!!
KIRK-SLASH!!
Once the snow had settled they saw a clear opening to the outside world. Whatever just cut through the defenses gave them an opening.
"GO!!!!!" Azure shouted. "KILL THOSE GUARDS AND REACH FREEDOM!!!!!"
Her voice was like as if Alexander the Great giving a speech to his men. Each and every prisoner eyes and body filled with a fire. Heat began to exude off their bodies as they ran.
"UUUUUURRRRRRRRRAAAAAA!!!!"
That day several dangerous villains were set free unto the world.
