Sana said, "Maybe I'm just hallucinating, but don't we still need to go to school, Alice?"
Alice nodded. "Yes, darling."
Sana was filled with confusion.
[Why did she accept it so easily? This is weird.]
With a snap of Alice's fingers, time suddenly reversed back to the day Leto had talked to Sana about the problems regarding his daughter.
Sana stood in shock, unable to believe the sheer power Alice possessed.
Leto pleaded, "Please help my daughter, Sana-kun."
Sana blinked several times.
[Did something wrong happen again? Is this reality?]
Alice spoke up, "Yes, Father. I'm not a child anymore. With my darling, I can do anything, right?"
Sana nodded, still utterly confused.
Leto wore a big smile. "Then I will take my leave now."
Alice said, "Father, can you come with us? Please don't live in that internet cafe anymore."
Sana's eyes froze. What on earth was happening to him right now?
[Was everything I endured just an illusion created by myself?]
Leto chuckled. "Really? I will make sure not to bother your love life. But since I'm your father, I still have a little power, right?"
Alice shook her head.
Sana giggled nervously.
Leto smiled. "Good luck, my child." With that, he left for work.
Alice clung to him. "Don't worry, darling. I'm still the Alice you know."
Sana asked in a worried voice, "Will that power consume something of yours in return?"
Alice shook her head. "No, hihi."
Sana couldn't help but feel a lingering sense of dread about it.
