/POP Zure/
This is how he greets customers coming to the coffee store. After starting a relationship with Maly, Zure had been trying so hard to change his life. He wanted to make sure his future would be better; the power of love kept him moving forward and helped him forget about Alice. Now that his life was no longer connected to that girl, he could feel free and breathe better. It was as if his childhood friend had placed a curse on him in some way.
With a big smile, he greeted and said goodbye to the customers. This was his job now, located very near a school. These days, he barely saw Alice or Sana. Zure didn't think much about them anymore. After everything, he felt like a completely different person—someone he couldn't even have imagined before.
And then, Zure met a weird couple. The man looked at Zure with a wide grin, "Are you Alice's childhood friend?"
"Who is this guy? What does he want from me? I just want to live a normal life. I don't want to keep ruining my life because of that girl again."
Lustem said, "If you tell me everything you know about her, I will give you a lot of money. Or, if you want a better job, I can help you with that too."
Zure was shocked by the man's sudden proposal.
"What should I do? I really need money, but I surely want to live a normal life rather than chase these dangerous things."
Zure shook his head, "No, I really don't know anything about that girl."
Erofe looked at Zure with an unreadable expression, "Strange. He is a complete liar. What should we do now, darling?"
Lustem giggled crazily, exchanging a look with his wife.
Zure felt a bad vibe about this. Having no choice, he ran as fast as he could, feeling as though his life was in danger because of these people.
"I just want to live. Why do these things keep chasing me?"
Zure made a phone call to the police while sending the recording of their conversation to the officer through his phone.
"I'm not stupid. I am sure my childhood friend is beyond comprehension and dangerous. She brings danger to everyone around her. That's why I thought this situation might happen to me."
While Zure was running fast and hiding, talking to the police, the officer showed a determined face, "That man, Lustem, is currently the most dangerous man in our country. We will protect you here, so just wait until this heat dies down."
"This doesn't seem right. If that man is so evil, why did he let me escape so easily? What does he really want from me?"
The policeman took a phone call from someone, and then his gaze shifted to Zure. Before the police officer had a chance to act, Zure ran fast once again to escape.
"This is bad. It feels like I have no chance of escaping that crazy man. My parents and my love will be in danger if I keep running like this. My fate can't be changed, right?"
Zure returned home and could clearly see someone waiting for him. It was Lustem and Erofe.
Zure: "..."
Lustem said with a big smile, "I have a special job for you. You know how powerful I am. You're an intelligent boy, right? Haha."
Having no choice, Zure accepted his proposal.
