/POP Lata/
To go meet Sana in secret, she had lied to her mother, telling her she would go study at Lyly's house.
Wearing her school uniform, she went to the hospital to meet her precious brother.
After that, while on the way home, she suddenly received a phone call from Lyly. Lyly always cared about her and often asked about her situation. She answered the call.
Lyly:"Are you doing well in your love life?"
As she talked to her friend, someone was watching her from afar. His eyes were filled with tears, longing, and regret.
It was Sana God.
[It's been so long… I can finally see you again, Lata.]
While waiting for her to return home, Sana God appeared and watched her sleeping.
"I miss you… my love."
Lata murmured in her sleep:"I won't lose you again…"
Sana:"Me too…"
But the painful truth was—he could do nothing in this world, and she could not see him clearly. After all, his timeline had already been destroyed, so he was nothing more than a ghost.
Sana cried, feeling sadness and despair, but he remembered—if he succeeded this time, he could save her. His expression turned determined.
"I'm sorry… your fate cannot be to be loved."
Sana could do nothing but wait for a world where Lata could live happily without him.
Suddenly, he felt something watching him from afar. His whole body trembled.
"THAT THING again…"
Reluctantly, he turned back toward Timeline 1 of the universe.
In the dark space of the universe, he felt emptiness. He said to himself emotionlessly:
"Should I kill myself?"
He shook his head."No… just be patient. Don't rush."
Then someone appeared before him.
No shape, no face—only something beyond human understanding.
"You will have a happy life with Lata, I swear to the universe."
Sana:"I hope so… Taluala."
Taluala:"Yes… don't give up yet. Don't waste your potential by giving up."
No voice, no sound—but somehow Sana could understand everything Taluala wanted to say.
Sana had asked Taluala many things about its race, but it never answered any of his questions. It only gave him an illusion of choice. Even though he knew it was a lie, he still wanted to believe it—because he had nothing left in this meaningless universe.
Taluala:"Tell me more about THAT THING."
Sana's voice trembled:"No… I can't. Even if you kill me."
THAT THING was still watching him from afar. Sana could feel it smiling, something dangerous… like someone he once knew…
…Alice.
