Kaiser's team vaulted across buildings like acrobats. Eventually, they reached the other chaos fragment near the supermarket. Beasts swarmed out of the rift like ants searching for food. The woman turned her head to look at the bulky man and said in a lazy tone.
"Kurt, you take care of this."
Kurt – the bald veteran wearing a blue camo uniform similar to the soldiers on the great eastern wall, smirked.
"You got it, Lisa."
Lisa turned away and jumped to the other building, rushing towards the next fragment. Kurt frowned and looked down at the monsters, clawing at the building. He sighed and activated his attribute. His eyes burned brightly as a menacing aura drowned. With a blush on his face, he lowered his head.
"You would make perfect punching bags." Kurt stated in a drowsy voice.
He fell, crashing into the road. Dust rose up as the monsters snapped their heads in his direction. The beasts growled seeing their enemy. Kurt lazily got up and balanced himself and took small steps towards the beasts. The monsters roared and lunged at him with their massive maws. Kurt side-stepped, grazing the monster with his shoulder.
The monster stopped itself and looked back. It tried to attack Kurt again but tripped over. It crashed towards the ground as Kurt grazed more beasts. The beast felt disoriented, and its head was spinning circles. The world was spinning, and it felt its body was unnaturally heavy. It felt…intoxicated. It stood up and tried to balance itself on its feet but fell forward again.
After a few minutes, Kurt had grazed a significant portion of the monsters. He gripped the handle of the weapon on his back and pulled it from its sheath. It had the handle of spear and a massive blade which resembled the crescent moon – A Guandao. He walked between the beasts, killing them one at a time. As more beats came out, their path was blocked by the corpse of their fellow monsters.
"Where is Robert? I'm already getting dizzy." He said in an annoyed manner.

The last member approached Kaiser who was sitting atop a pile of dead bodies. More monsters rushed out of the fragment trying to climb the mountain. The member tapped Kaiser's shoulder and the commander turned back. The member has curly brown hair and eyes with a mole on his left cheek, a round nose, oval face and wore an all-black outfit like the mandatory uniform of the EOC.
"How long are you gonna take, man? It's been half an hour already!" The man shouted.
"Okay – Okay. Calm down, Robert. You can close the rift or whatever." Kaiser pouted.
Robert sighed and lifted his finger. His eyes glowed blue as he started to draw something in the air. Streaks of light manifested in the air as Robert's body sped up. In a few seconds, the circle was completed. Robert pushed it towards the fragment, and it attached itself onto the split. The fragment shuttered, then calmed down. After a few moments, it was stitched back together, and the rift was completely gone.
Kaiser pouted and looked down at the confused beats who looked in the direction of the rift. The next second, their bodies exploded in countless fragments and covered the street with blood and bones.
"Alright…Let's get to the next one." Kaiser stated as he stood up, his clothes were perfectly clean without a single trace of blood.
"And quickly." Robert replied as they descended the mountain.

Lisa and the other man made it to the other fragment which in the bowling alley. Lisa locked eyes with the man beside her who had dark eyes and hair that was styled into a mullet while wearing a buttoned overcoat, silk black pants and sneakers.
"Grim. Go."
"Yes, mam." Grim replied while looking towards the alley.
He jumped down and saw beasts trying to squeeze their way through the door.
He gripped the hilt of the katana hanging on his waist and unsheathed it. He stepped towards the monsters who broke through the door. The building buried itself as the beasts lunged at him. Grim's eyes narrowed and he stepped forward, flashing beside the beast. The monster had not time to react as it torn into countless pieces. Its blood splattered and flash fell, staining Grim's buttoned overcoat.
He slicked his black hair which was styled into a mullet and marched forward. The chaos beasts rushed towards him on their bulky hind legs, screaming like hounds. He dodged once and spun around, slashing across its chest. Another tried to hit him but hit its fellow beast instead. Using this opportunity, he blitz forward and in the next second, the beast was cut in half. Grim, who was crouching, stood up and looked towards the building.
'Are the beasts still alive after an entire building crashed on them. I don't know…their durability is pretty good…'
Just as he thought that a chunk of the debris flew at him. He didn't flinch and sliced the block in two. He saw the monsters tearing through the fallen bowling alley as they advanced towards him. He smiled and thought in his mind.
'Knew it!'

Robert and Kaiser arrived at Kurt's fragment, and they saw him sitting down with dizzy eyes. They heard the roars of the chaos beasts on the other side of the massive wall of corpses as they approached the blood-covered Kurt. He gulped down another bottle of wine before saying a drunk tone.
"Took you long enough…"
"Yeah…I was having a little too much fun. Now, Robert. Do your thing." Kaiser exclaimed.
Robert nodded and drew the circle again with extreme speed. He waved his hand, and the circle went past the wall attached to the fragment. It shook violently and then calmed down before stitching itself back up. The remaining beasts exploded, covering the wall with blood and bones.
"Now, let's go to the next!" Kaiser stated.

Lisa arrived at the last fragment at the capital's airport. She stood atop a building, resting her elbow on her thigh. She looked below and saw the beasts roaming the streets, raring and howling like wild animals. He scowled and thought.
'Let's finish this quickly."
She yawned and a glint appeared in her eyes. She lazily waved her hand and grabbed the attention of all the beasts. She looked at her belt and sighed. Taking out two daggers, she jumped down and landed on one of the monsters. She pulled back and swung her daggers down with force. The daggers traveled through the beast's flesh and cut him in half.
She landed on the ground and rushed towards the beasts with her daggers. The blades cut through the beast's skin like butter. She spun like a windmill and struck like a panther. In the mists of the chaos, only the horrific melody of the chaos beasts roar could be heard. She easily cut several beasts in half, causing a gust of wind that pushed the other back.
A beast swung its claw at her. Her eyes widened and she ducked. The monsters struck above her as he jumped up and flipped backwards, spinning like a tornado. Her eyes gleam with intent as the beast howled at her. Lisa attacked the monster with her momentum, tunneling through its body. She landed on her feet, crouching while holding her daggers as the beast's body, fell both ways.
