On the massive red ship were the infamous Kuja pirates, parts of the Amazon Lily, and an all-female Island. Their captain and Empress was the well-known Bao Hancock, known as the pirate empress and a member of the 7 warlords of the sea. Right now, the ship was performing its routine around the seas of the island, to see if any merchant, pirate or marine ships were present to loot them of their supplies.
From the crow's nest, a woman shouted, "2 vessels ahead, both large warships, with one belonging to Marines!" shouted the woman.
"If they are marines, that means they have a lot of supplies stocked up. " Spoke one of the Boa Sisters with a calm look on her face.
"Sister, what should we do?" asked Sandersonia.
"Block them," spoke a voice from within a vailed room.
"You heard the empress, move!" shouted one of the women before everyone moved, redirecting their ship.
Within mere minutes, their ship stood bow to bow with the one in front, that being Akatsuki.
Then Marigold stepped forward, "You are in Amazon Lily water, by order of the snake empress, offer tribute in exchange for safe passage," she spoke loudly and proudly.
.oOo.
Within the Akatsuki, Lucci looked at the ship blocking their path. He sighed and stood from his chair on the deck and spoke, "Kalifa."
"Boa Hancock, empress of Amazon Lily and Current leader of Kuja Pirates, one of the seven warlords, and former slave to the Figarland family, and soon freed by Fisher Tiger. She has a bounty of 80,000,000," spoke the blond woman.
Lucci already knew most of this, "Ow? Figarland, huh?" muttered Lucci. This he didn't know.
"From my analysis, she can make a formidable ally, sir," spoke the woman.
Lucci nodded, and after a few silent moments. He stood up, and the crew on deck opened a path for him. He started walking forward and spoke, "Blauno," he said.
"Air Door," spoke the man, and the air in front of him seemed to thicken before forming a door-like structure and opening like a door would.
.oOo.
Within the Kuja pirate ship, a tense silence permeated the air, waiting for the usual sounds of outrage and refusal from the ships before them. However, right in the middle of the deck, the air thickened before swinging open.
"Huh?"
"What's going on?"
"Devil fruit power?"
Exclamations of surprise and shock reverberated around the ship, and other members took ready stances, spears and arrows aimed at the opening door in the air.
Once the Door was fully opened 3 people stepped out.
First out was Bleuno, who was dressed in a formal black suit reminiscent of his former CP9 suit. After that, he draped a white coat lined with gold at the hems, and the coat itself was decorated with red clouds lined with gold.
Next to walk out was Kalifa, dressed in a white turtleneck jersey with a long black shirt and high-heeled shoes, over that was a white coat with similar gold-lined red clouds on it.
Finally, there was Rob Lucci, he was dressed in a white formal suit with a similar white scarf, top hat and a coat with golden cloud over his shoulders, along with his top hat and his Pat Pegion Hattori.
All there radiated a rather peculiar aura. Unknown to Kalifa and Bleuno, this was the aura produced by them, caused by their continued assimilation of spirits within their bodies. Led to them slowly transforming, becoming pseudo Majin, it would only be a matter of time for them to start producing their own magicules. However, that wasn't Lucci's planned path of evolution for them.
He'd need to assimilate stronger spirits within them soon.
"Who are you?" Asked Sandersonia
"Apologies for boarding you in such a manner; however, our leader would like to speak with the Snake empress." Spoke to Kalifa in a polite tone.
"Why would we allow such a..." Started Marigold.
However, Kalifa sent her a side eye while adjusting her glasses. This sent a shiver of fear down the snake woman's spine.
Kalifa's action caused a slight wave of aura to wash over the entire ship, instilling a sense of trepidation within the hearts of the Kuja pirates.
However, almost immediately, a wave of conquerors' Haki erupted in a deadly wave from the ship, colliding with the wave of aura from Kalifa.
Kalifa frowned and felt that her authority was being challenged. She forced herself to stand against this aura, causing her aura to fight back against the haki.
The clash of spirit. Started to become visible, as the air distorted and ripples appeared, the agitated air started to cause small discharges of electricity.
On a normal occasion, the conqueror Haki of the empress would have caused Kalifa to fall over breathless and on the verge of unconsciousness.
However, this Kalifa was not only boosted by the power of the spirits within her, who were slowly merging to form a medium elemental.
It would have taken more time, but the sense of threat and Kalifa's desire to assert her dominance over the empress caused the spirits to fuse at a much quicker pace.
Then, slowly, a spirit within formed a nymph, a medium-grade elemental formed, and her power grew greatly, causing her aura to grow even more, pushing the empress's Haki back, forming a stalemate.
This alone wasn't the full story. The two women's mental chains played a major part. While strong Boa Hancock was still caged and trapped within her own mind, unable to break the chain and fear that the world government and celestial dragons instilled within her. This mental block greatly limited her power and conquerors Haki.
As for Kalifa, she didn't have Conqueror's Haki, but her aura was influenced by her mental state as well. She was free, in her mind, she was following Lucci by her own free will, and she knew that she needed to conquer all obstacles that would get in the way of her friends and their goal of toppling the world government.
This led to a stronger emission of aura, strong enough to challenge that of a warlord like Boa Hancock herself.
Within her own tent, Hancock stood with her eyes filled with the fires of anger, and a hidden desire to assert her authority and defeat this challenge.r.
She stepped out, and with each step taken, sparks of black and red radiated from her side of the aura clash. Kalifa did the same; she moved forward to meet Hancock, and white and blue electric arcs danced on her side.
The weaker spectators fell over unconscious. While even some of the stronger ones fell to their knees in fear.
The two women were both rather tall, being 6'1 and 6'3 respectively, so they made for an intimidating pair when glaring at each other like that.
"You're a bold little wretch." Spoke Boa Hancock's anger was evident in her tone.
"Hn...old woman like you should just die and not harass us." Spoke Kalifa.
Sparks flew everywhere.
Rob Lucci blinked, "I've never seen her like this." Spoke the man.
"She must feel threatened. Like a cat who desires to defend her territory. For both of them, I guess." Spoke Bleuno.
"Time to intervine." Spoke Lucci.
