Timeline: 1981–1982
Narrator
"Saltanat ka raja wahi hai… jo ant tak sabse zyada khel jaye."
(The ruler of Saltanat is not the strongest—
but the one who survives the longest.)
Opening
Newspapers flood the streets of Mumbai.
"RAJ DEFEATS ROCKY – SALTANAT SECURED."
"ROCKY DEAD?"
The city believes the war is over.
Raj now sits on the throne of Saltanat—
feared by enemies, respected by allies.
His rule is ruthless but calculated.
Gold flows. Weapons move. Borders open.
Saltanat breathes again.
But far from the city lights…
in the depths of an abandoned gold mine—
a man gasps for life.
Rocky.
Barely alive. Broken bones. Burnt skin.
Pulled from death by a mysterious figure.
The man steps into the dim light.
Vikrant.
The same politician who once preached peace…
now silently saving a monster.
Rocky opens his eyes.
The war was never over.
ACT 1 – RAJ'S RULE
Raj tightens his grip on Saltanat.
He builds international connections—
foreign cartels, arms dealers, offshore banks.
Saltanat grows bigger than ever.
But something is wrong.
One by one, Raj's trusted allies start dying.
Car accidents. Silent executions. Disappearances.
No warnings. No claims.
Raj feels it.
"There's someone inside my empire," he says.
But he doesn't know who.
What Raj cannot see—
Vikrant's invisible network is slowly tightening the noose.
Saltanat is being hollowed from the inside.
ACT 2 – ROCKY'S RECOVERY & RETURN
Deep underground, Rocky heals.
Weeks turn into months.
Pain becomes discipline.
Anger becomes focus.
Vikrant supplies him—
money, men, information.
Not out of loyalty.
Out of ambition.
Rocky trains in silence.
Every scar reminds him of betrayal.
Every breath reminds him of Lakshmi.
When he finally stands…
he is no longer reckless.
He is patient.
One by one, Raj's inner circle starts falling.
No patterns. No witnesses.
Raj senses the hunter.
But still doesn't realize—
Rocky is alive.
ACT 3 – THE CONFRONTATION
The truth explodes.
Raj finally learns the impossible.
"Rocky zinda hai."
The city erupts.
Gang war floods the streets—
mining zones, ports, slums, highways.
Saltanat turns into a battlefield.
Fire. Blood. Chaos.
And then—
The final confrontation.
A shattered industrial zone.
Rain pouring like judgment.
Raj and Rocky stand face to face.
No speeches.
No memories.
Only history demanding a verdict.
The fight is brutal.
Raw.
Personal.
Both are severely injured.
But Rocky overpowers Raj.
Just as the final blow lands—
A gunshot.
Raj collapses.
CLIMAX TWIST
Raj is rushed to the hospital.
Alive.
But unconscious.
A coma.
Rocky takes back the Saltanat throne.
The city bows again.
This time—
Vikrant stands beside him.
Officially.
Right-hand man.
Controller of operations.
The brain behind the beast.
Rocky rules the streets.
Vikrant rules the system.
FINAL SHOT
A silent hospital room.
Machines beeping.
Raj lies motionless.
Then—
His fingers twitch.
His eyes move slightly.
Cut to black.
