"And it looks like these combat monsters with off-the-charts power were first developed at Sanctyr Base."
"But from your description, the Human Body Warriors you saw sound a lot weaker than the ones I know about!"
"They were just recently developed. The technology isn't mature yet. Isn't that normal?"
