As soon as the friend request was accepted, Broken Boat sent a message.
Broken Boat: "Do you want to become a Divine Messenger?"
Renee Kane: ?
'Is this guy trying to sell me insurance?'
She didn't rush to reply. Instead, she opened Broken Boat's personal information.
As expected, everything besides his ID was hidden. However, Renee Kane noticed that on his personal information page, the code after his hidden name was different from hers.
Renee Kane had only noticed after creating two alt accounts that the small string of code after the name on every personal information panel was actually the same.
At first, she thought it was because they were her alt accounts—whether it was Miss or Spinning Top—so the code was inherited from her own.
But she later discovered that for players she had friended, like Magical Girl, Whirlwind, or others, even if their real names were hidden and replaced with asterisks, she could still see that familiar string of code.
