The brooding young man suddenly stretched a wide grin across his face. His eyes were fixed on Faye Yardley, but seeing her serious expression, he dropped the smile and said innocently, "I don't have any money on me."
Faye Yardley frowned. 'That shouldn't be possible. I would never do a deal at a loss.'
'Unless he has a backpack space like me... otherwise, I might as well just search him myself.'
"What are you trying to do?"
"Search you."
'Putting aside everything else, I could just rip off all the jewelry I can see on him.'
Her eyes made her intentions crystal clear. The young man gave a wry smile. "Stop. I really don't have anything left on me. Take this. You're welcome to visit my island anytime."
