Chapter 137 - Trading Fire for Your Life

"What did you just say?" Dahmer hissed.

Before Dr. Julian could even take a breath to explain his warning, Dahmer's hand snapped forward in a blur of terrifying motion. He grabbed the elderly scientist by the stiff collar of his sterilized white coat, his long fingers bunching the fabric tightly into his fist. With a single, effortless surge of raw physical strength, Dahmer hauled the older man forward until their faces were barely an inch apart. The heavy mechanical mask clicked as Dahmer leaned down, his silver eyes burning like two lethal lasers through the dark visor.

"You do not give me advice, Julian," Dahmer growled, his voice dropping into a low, vibrating register that shook the old man's eardrums. "You do not tell me what my body can or cannot handle. This is my command! You will prepare the bay, you will stage the display, and you will burn this toxin out of my veins right now. Do you understand me?"
