"Hello, do you need some help?" Phoebe took the initiative and walked over.
The customer the server was trying to help was a young, handsome man with blond hair and blue eyes. He was speaking Vesperan, and when Phoebe asked her question, she used Vesperan as well.
The handsome Vesperan man's eyes lit up the moment he heard someone speaking his language.
"Hello, I'd like a latte."
Phoebe nodded, then turned to the server and said with a smile, "A latte for this gentleman, please."
The server let out a sigh of relief, gave Phoebe a grateful nod, and stepped away.
Seeing the matter was resolved, Phoebe turned to leave. But before she could take a step, the handsome Vesperan man behind her called out, "Excuse me, miss, please wait. Could I buy you a cup of coffee? No one here speaks Vesperan. If I hadn't run into you, I wouldn't have even been able to order anything."
