Holly Wyatt had barely made a sound before Silas Thornton clamped a hand over her mouth, smothering her cry.
Holly Wyatt stared at Silas Thornton, who had appeared silently behind her. Her blinking quickened, and she was too stunned to move a muscle.
'How did Silas Thornton get in?!'
'Isn't the door locked?'
She slanted her eyes, glancing at the main door.
The door lock was still flashing red, indicating someone was trying to get in.
She was certain the door hadn't opened. Besides, there were people outside. Before Thornton the Wizard left, he had hung 'Do Not Disturb' signs on both her and Silas Thornton's doors.
The person outside wasn't one of The Wolf Clan, nor was it hotel staff.
'Where did Silas Thornton pop out from?'
'Can the King of Wolves walk through walls?!'
'And why didn't I hear Silas Thornton's thoughts just now!?'
