Yang Hui took the initiative to invite her, and Serene nodded. The two of them went to the Starbucks where they had first met.
As luck would have it, the spot where they had sat the first time was empty. He told her to go wait there and asked what she wanted to drink.
Serene shook the coffee in her hand. "I'm fine with this."
Yang Hui ordered a latte for himself. When he returned, he placed it on the table and smiled. "I won't grab the wrong one this time."
Serene pursed her lips into a small smile but didn't take the bait. 'He's really something else,' she thought. 'How could he bring up such an embarrassing incident himself?'
"The coffee at your store is better than Starbucks, and your membership service is really well done."
