"Activate the Anti-Gravity Repulsion Wall. First, clear out all these nearby Slime Monsters."
"Yes!"
In the city's center, a massive device activated.
An outward-facing repulsion field appeared around the city's perimeter, then began to expand at a constant speed.
Wherever it passed, all the Slime Monsters "fell" away from the city, pushed by the reversed gravity.
The repulsion field only stopped expanding when it reached the device's limit, shrinking back to the city's perimeter.
'The Slimes were a little dazed. They hadn't felt anyone push them, so how had their bodies just fallen out here on their own?'
The repelled Slime Monsters were pushed into a single mass. Having taken no damage, they did not attack.
After the repulsion field vanished, they began crawling toward the city again, since that area was now the most open.
"Now, use the Gravity Cannon! Full salvo!"
The Gravity Cannon's salvo was a direct hit, striking the massed Slimes.
